Small, fine, very lovingly furnished apartments with enough storage space. The only negative point: the mini-fridges. Very friendly, open and always helpful host who always has a solution ready. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

This is a beautiful little guesthouse with a very nice owner who even hung bread rolls on our door. The price is great and the apartment is very comfortably furnished with lots of wood. The location is perfect because it is quiet but still 2 minutes from the train station. This is where we started Karwendel. I would visit it again at any time. Thank you.

From arrival to departure, Ms. Werner looked after us so lovingly and caringly, as if we were her family. And we enjoyed every moment. No wish remained unfulfilled.The accommodation itself is extremely clean, tidy and furnished with great attention to detail.But the masterpiece is the breakfast! Such an incredible selection of various fruits and vegetables, rolls and bread, a wide selection of muesli, spreads that change every day, and sweet pastries. So really like in the best hotels.I am really thrilled and would recommend the guesthouse without reservation, especially to families with children.Thank you, Ms. Werner, we'll be back ❤️

Nicole Werner is a 5 star host!The rooms are large, super clean, comfortably furnished with heart and love. The very best thing is actually the breakfast! Insane and incredibly delicious!(There are cheese feet)The location is 1a and we love coming back to this wonderful place with this wonderful host!

Very nice and accommodating. I could hardly manage breakfast and was given the opportunity to pack a snack for the hike.The room was very clean and equipped with everything you need. I liked using the kettle after arriving in the rain.
