Very clean and calme property, the the apartment is equipped with everything.The view is a dream and the central location makes everything easy to reach.We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again

I do not recommend it at all. There is so much to say about this "hotel". Here are some of my conclusions after living there for 3 months:- This is not a hotel: no reception, no hotel service.- The manager is arrogant and not very available. The only way to talk to him is to come in person to his office on Tuesdays from 9am to noon.- No response to emails- Refusal to provide invoices. Amounts due are simply sent by email- Arbitrary increase of the room price if you wish to extend your stay- Rent set according to your status/workplace- Mandatory payment of cleaning charges in the renovated rooms at 50 euros per month, however I have never seen anything cleaned. The vacuum cleaner has never been vacuumed, the sheets have never been changed, the toilets have never been cleaned by the hotel staff.- Frequent feeling that someone has entered your room while you were away. ( carpet moved, household product forgotten (but not used), file folder deposited...). Feeling that was confirmed one day when I was working at home and that 3 people entered my room, supposedly to check the kitchen or the bathroom. Same for my neighbors after talking with them.- The worst thing is that I paid a deposit of 1600 euros and they gave me back only 700 without any reason. I didn't mess up the room at all during my stay.They are thieves who take advantage of the situation, especially if you don't speak German.However if you really don't have the choice to stay in this hotel because the others are full (my case) there is an advantage: very well located.If you plan to stay there for a very long time, there are cheaper non renovated rooms. They are not very functional so they are not suitable for a short stay, but if you arrange it yourself there is a possibility to make it an acceptable place in my opinion.

Extremely inefficient, arrogant, rude and unprofessional management and staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because I had a very bad experience for the long term apartment that I booked here. They never answered emails or calls and when I went there to meet them personally, they had the audacity to behave disrepectfully. Bottom line: not worth booking and definitely not recommended!

A real alternative - for stays of 3 days or more. The rooms are bright, friendly and clean. Due to the super convenient location, it's not quite as quiet with the windows open. But - the windows close well and keep out the noise.The furnishings and equipment are functional but limited to the bare essentials - the only thing I was missing was a kettle.Contact with the “administration” by phone and email was great - with short response times.

I have to say, I'm impressed.The rooms are very modernly furnished. The bathroom is very large and equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean and in top condition. Despite the proximity to the center, everything is very quiet and pleasant. The location is great. Everything you need for your daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.The staff on site is extremely courteous and very friendly. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I would love to come back and will recommend it to others - keep it up!

Great hotel, you can just tell that the furnishings were made with love. I would be happy to come back to the hotel at any time. This hotel offers everything you need to feel comfortable, it is clean, the rooms are newly furnished and the service is great. Always happy, thank you for the great time here.

Interior is okay, everything else is dubious:Discount on the monthly Cleaning performance suddenly increased for no reason. Cleaning staff and unknown people appear in the room unannounced outside of the usual cleaning time and simply unlock the door. Better avoid!

The viewing appointment was nice, I was able to look at several apartments. The apartments are very nicely decorated, modern. BUT I didn't sign the accommodation contract because it was extremely expensive and outrageous:- 100 €/month extra for mandatory cleaning- at least €100 final cleaning on top- 50 €/month extra for parking space- Check in/out only possible on Tuesday mornings, otherwise at least €80 will be charged extra for travel etc.- Deposit 2 MM, which must be replenished immediately if any complaints arise during the rental period- No suitcases/bags etc. may be left on the floor in the room (?!?!)

The Hotel K33 has a central location in town. Shops and restaurants can be reached quickly on foot.The apartment welcomes the guest in a Scandinavian style. Bright. Clean. Friendly. It has been lovingly furnished and is well suited for a longer stay.Specific agreements were adhered to.This hotel is definitely recommended.
