We stayed there for a few days. The managers of this holiday home live on site and are very warm and helpful. Parking spaces are directly at the house. There are a few children's play equipment in the garden, and a new children's playground is said to have been built a few meters down the street. I haven't had such quiet nights in a long time. At night you don't hear anything there, nothing at all! From the large balcony/roof terrace/loggia (with seating and table) you can enjoy a view of the Milky Way.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and coffee machine (filter machine). The beds are great. Overall everything is very clean and well maintained.We were definitely not there for the last time.

We rented the house with the family from New Year's Eve 2022 to 2023.The location is in a quiet residential area about 5 minutes from Dornum.The landlords were very nice, there were no complaints, although we were a little louder on New Year's Eve.Everything was great, thank you!We'd love to come back! :-)

Everything was fine, the apartment was very clean and everything was there. There is a small playground next to the house. There is a large terrace at the back, there is also seating and a grill. The journey to the North Sea, Dornumersiel, can be done by car in just a few minutes. You can also go by bike, but sometimes only on the busy road, which can be dangerous with children. In the entrance area of the house there is a board with a map and leisure recommendations, very good. Thanks.

It's a nice and quiet location, the bed is super comfortable and everything an apartment needs is there, from the oven to the TV, the owners are super friendly and help where they can, the only thing is there are a lot of cobwebs but everything else is great.We can absolutely recommend it for families and pet owners and will definitely come back again ☺️👍

Super nice, clean holiday apartment Juist on the ground floor with a garden. The apartment is well divided with a functional kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a large bathroom. Nice quiet location, about 6 km to the beach.We'd love to come back.

My husband and I and our son went on vacation for the first time. We booked this holiday apartment from July 10th to July 16th, 2017. We received a very friendly welcome from the landlady. She also told us a lot about what we could do, we then visited the seal station, etc. The apartment was also great, big enough for the son's rocking chair :D :D. The place where the apartment/house is was very nice and quiet. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the apartments are a bit noisy when the children's neighbors start to run or talk a little louder, you can hear it quite a bit, but you get used to it :D. Otherwise you'll be on the go all day anyway. It was just great for our first vacation and we would love to come back again sometime. The first week was really short :D :D

So first of all I can't understand some of the negative reviews here...I'm coming here for the second time and I'm thrilled again. If you want to go on holiday for little money, you've come to the right place. If you want to go on a sterile vacation, you should go on vacation in the hospital. The apartment was clean the second time and there was nothing to complain about. Everything you need is there for a holiday apartment. Beds are great, nothing is worn out. Also very quiet residential area from the 90s. There is a huge wind farm in the background, but we don't hear anything or it doesn't bother us. The only thing that isn't so nice is that the garden and the area around it aren't well maintained, but we're out and about all day. Well, that's good for us and we recommend the Nordsee Residenz.

Located in green surroundings, which invites you to relax.The holiday apartment “Juist” is handicapped accessible and very spacious, as well as very clean and functionally furnished.You can reach the beautiful North Sea beach in just 5 minutes by car.The North Sea Residence is recommended at any time.VG Franz Hubl

One star, because no star is unfortunately not possible. The accommodation is a complete disaster. Cleanliness is not a priority here. The curtains and sofas have indefinable stains. There are also crumbs left in the apartment from the previous tenant. The mattresses are worn out and old, they are already moldy. In addition, 6 people were registered, but there was only bedding for 4. There was also no toilet paper and no soap, or the soap consisted of water that had been filled into the old soap dispenser. All in all the house is in very poor condition. Even outside the house, the care of the garden was neglected. There was also no grill, as stated in the description. The landlady was informed of the situation by telephone and simply hung up in the second sentence.

Everything you need in a holiday apartment is there. The house consists of 5 holiday apartments. A bit restless on Saturdays due to departures and arrivals. The house is strategically located about 1 hour from Emden and one hour from Wilhelmshaven. It takes about 5-7 minutes to get to Dornum and Dornumersiel.
