The photos are not the reality at all. The owners are not friendly and very rude, the room was not cleaned. Stay canceled prematurely.

After a good experience a few months ago, I also used the accommodation during a business trip and again I met the pleasant behavior of the owners, a perfectly clean room and accessories. I definitely recommend it to families with children. I will definitely come back here with my children.

We can warmly recommend this guesthouse, the house is located in a quiet part of the village with a large garden where there was a lot of fun for our children. Swings, a slide, a large sandpit with toys and a swimming pool made the children not want to leave the house :-) Accommodation - each room had its own bathroom, everything was new, clean, the common kitchen with the common room can accommodate about 30 people, we didn't have to cook , because we took advantage of the half-board option prepared by the owner's mother. One night we were disturbed until late by the newly accommodated guests, but the owner arranged everything and the situation did not happen again and we spent the rest of the holiday in complete peace. My husband appreciated the lockable parking lot and the created parking system, where even when we arrived late, we had a place to park even though the guesthouse was fully occupied. Finally, I want to thank the owners for their kind attitude, tips for trips and excellent service. Thank you for a wonderful week and we will be happy to come again!!!

In this pension, we booked a suite with two bedrooms, in the description with its own bathroom and kitchen. Instead, we got a disgusting small room, with a shared bathroom with other guests of the guesthouse and also with a shared "kitchen", in which there was a lack of dishes, a small stove, sowe couldn't cook. The whole house is made of wood, so everything creaked everywhere. It was never cleaned during the stay, the bins were not taken out. The "icing" on the cake was when the owner's husband arrived, or rather burst into our room, and literally started yelling at us, what are we doing, that we are being noisy. The way he communicated this to us was completely unacceptable, the owner probably doesn't know anything about the guest-host relationship. He treated us like a piece of rag. Chap, that everything can be heard in the boarding house, but he could have asked us to keep quiet and not start shouting. The garden in the photo was occupied by the owner's family all the time. Photos do not correspond to reality. The pension is very far from the center, buses run only twice a day, we had to take a taxi. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It's nice in the guesthouse, the rooms are well equipped and there is also a quite large garden. The reason I give two stars is that after ten o'clock you have to crawl inside because the family that owns this guesthouse has two small children. I don't want to sound like a selfish person, but I think they could put it on the site.

The guesthouse disappointed us in everything. The only place where water could be turned on was the small bathroom. There is one toilet per floor, for both men and women. There was no sink in the kitchen, so there was no place to wash dishes and it looked like that. The baskets in the room were not taken out at all, the towels were not changed, let alone swept. The photos on the Internet do not correspond to reality at all, little space, almost no lighting, unventilated spaces and small beds under a slanted roof. The family seemed nice at first, but after we paid, they didn't make much of an effort, the owner treated us like little scumbags and gave a dirty word for every word. And I'm not even talking about racist and nationalist remarks and counting other people's money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

A beautiful, newly renovated pension in the immediate vicinity of Mariánské Lázně (5 min by car), all rooms have their own social. equipment, on the ground floor of the building there is a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the house is a terrace overlooking the children's playground, a large trampoline and a garden with a barbecue. Parking is at the building, lockable, bicycle and stroller storage. Very nice and quiet place with nice owners.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! After reading some reviews, we had mixed feelings, but everything exceeded our expectations. Renovated guesthouse with tile floors, large kitchen with common room and above all a beautiful garden with children's play area and barbecue facilities. It was still cold to swim in the pool, but we would like to do it again in the summer. Fingers crossed and don't worry about negative reviews - especially when they are written by envious neighbors :-) Maybe one recommendation would be to update the website so that potential clients can see what you have there.
