The holiday home is nicely furnished and you feel comfortable. The location is good, parking right in front of the door.Sauna is small but nice.Kitchen small but sufficient. The oven available is the size of a microwave and is sufficient for a small casserole dish or breakfast rolls.The house is quite noisy, a small disadvantage if you are traveling with children.Unfortunately, the complex in which the house is located is past its prime.The only possible activities on site are swimming in the lake (small beach about a 2-minute walk away) or pedal boating or wakeboarding for a fee.Nice starting point for excursions to, for example, Kassel, Schlitz, Eisenach, Point Alpha or the Edertalsperre.The heating runs on electricity, which is billed separately (as well as water), which can quickly become more expensive.If you like something cozy and cheaper, bring wood for the fireplace.The on-site contact was very friendly and reliable.

A very nice and cozy holiday home with a great location

We stayed in this house with four adults and three children on a beautiful late summer weekend. The house is nicely decorated and clean. There is enough space in the three bedrooms. We were also lucky enough to be able to sit in front of the house in the evening and use the grill. Even a late checkout on Sunday was not a problem after consulting the owner.Not far from the house are three tennis courts and a football field. However, they saw better times many years ago. In general, the Seepark doesn't offer that many activities. In the warm season, the water skiing and wakeboarding facility is a great way to pass the time. The region is ideal for hiking or motorcycle or bicycle tours.
