The apartment is very modern in a super central location and right on the water. Shops are very easy to reach on foot. We explored the city of Brandenburg using public transport (max. 5 minutes walk to the tram).We really liked it.

Very modern apartment in a great location with a lake view, quiet location. Nothing was missing from the equipment, everything was high quality and new. We'll definitely be back!! Brandenburg is a very beautiful city.

The 4 of us had a wonderful weekend on the top floor. The complex and our apartment were very clean, very modern and very well maintained. The view from the two terraces was breathtakingly beautiful and we felt like we were on a ship. The apartment is fully equipped, the house has an elevator and, in addition to the lavishly equipped bathroom, including sauna, huge shower and bathtub, there is also a separate toilet. There is a 43" Smart TV in the living room and the WiFi was super fast.If so, there is only one main point to complain about: the lack of fly screens on selected windows. Since the apartment is on the top floor and heats up quite quickly, you are forced to open the windows every now and then. As soon as you do that, countless mosquitoes, flies and spiders come in due to the direct proximity to the water, hence a star deduction.All in all, a really almost perfect accommodation.

Very spacious and modern holiday apartment with a great location directly on the Havel. We were just missing a bit of a more homely touch, the TV was very small and it echoed quite a bit in the living rooms. It would also be nice to have insect screens on one or two windows, as there were a lot of critters in the rooms after airing them out. We still felt comfortable and found the location to be fantastic and close to the center.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views from the windows and balcony. The room was clean and cozy, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the heating worked well. We felt very comfortable.Disliked · The sofa bed was a bit small for our two children who had to squeeze onto it. We arrived late and wanted to freshen up after the long drive, but there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. We tried to buy something from a vending machine in the hallway, but there wasn't one. It would have been nice if the hotel had at least provided a small 10ml container for such cases. There were also too few hooks to hang our towels, which was inconvenient for four people. These aren't big things, but they did spoil our stay a bit.Despite these minor flaws, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the city.

Beautiful holiday apartment with a view of the Havel, the wardrobe is too small for 4 people, not enough hangers, it would be desirable for a stay of 14 days to have the apartment cleaned and a change of towels, there are no instructions on waste disposal in the digital guest folder, rods in the bathroom would be helpful to hang up the towels, kitchen equipment ok

Very nice, modern and, very important for us, barrier-free holiday apartments. We really enjoyed it again. There is a small disadvantage: there is noise because there are no curtains/curtains, which is actually great because it means you have a great view of the water everywhere. But with children chattering loudly and playing, the noise is a bit tiring.

Spacious, very tastefully furnished holiday apartment in a perfect location right on the water. We really enjoyed the peace and the wonderful view from the large terrace.The city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The Indian restaurant in the immediate vicinity is highly recommended.Smooth process, very nice contact.We'd love to come back.

The apartment is new, tastefully, stylish and well furnished. It offers an unusually large amount of (completely) unused space (e.g. hallway). As a result, no “warmth” is created due to the prevailing minimalism. This results in the fact that every noise creates an unpleasant reverb - a bit like a train station hall. Apart from the dining and coffee tables, there are exactly zero storage options. The alternative: floor. Tea drinkers who don't prefer bags miss a (glass) or other pot or a simple tea strainer. Coffee machines with aluminum capsule operation are actually no longer up to date. Otherwise there were dishwasher tabs, tea towels and a dishcloth for a weekend. What we missed in this price category were, for example, a cosmetic mirror, a small guest soap and a hygienic shower enclosure. Shower curtains don't work at all. The apartment is designed for up to six people. Nevertheless, there is exactly one (!) towel rail and five hooks in the two separate wet cells. That is definitely not enough.The parking situation was annoying! If I pay 10 euros per day for a parking space, I also expect the guarantee of getting one! The regular seats were occupied upon arrival. There was also wild parking, with no regard for cars that were already parked; it was a constant struggle. The parking space is also used by the tenants of a boat rental company. This should get better.Despite everything, we felt comfortable, which was primarily due to the really beautiful city of Brandenburg an der Havel.Digue King

Absolutely impossible. Landlords cannot be reached. I just advise everyone not to make any advance payment under any circumstances. The pure rip-off.

Stay was not possible because the arrival had to be discussed due to a person with walking difficulties and the accommodation could not be reached by phone or email. impertinence. Full travel price was retained.

We spent a week with friends on one of the beautiful houseboats. Burki and Moni welcomed us in a friendly manner and were really cool hosts! The houseboat was very clean and we had enough comfort.Will definitely come back.Kind regards from Trier.
