Very friendly family kept camping. We came here for one night with a tent. Very affordable when electricity and water is included in the campingspot. Clean and fresh toilets and showers. Have a little kidspark which is nice. We will definitly come back here again when camping in germany.

Unfortunately I can't really describe the place because we didn't get a chance to spend the night here. Shortly before 9 p.m. we passed by in our motorhome with three tired children after a long journey. We took a 30 kilometer detour. There was no one on site, we asked briefly over the phone whether there were two of us and then we were told we should continue driving. When I said,,- We don't need electricity, showers or anything else. We have everything with us, we just need a place to spend the night - "they just said - "No, keep going". We didn't make any noise, the man didn't see us, but he definitely would have had enough space to accommodate us - he still didn't give us a chance. It's a shame, hospitality and family friendliness looks different. We did 7000 km in 5 countries in 4 weeks and never experienced anything like this. We are honestly shocked. 1 star for the 2 deer on the path and the nice horse at the fence. Unfortunately 0 stars for the host.

We were very satisfied! It was clean and pure. The breakfast was rich and we could have had even more.The only small drawback is that you have to drive a little for dinner. But that was clear beforehand.

Very nice guesthouse located in the middle of the forest, away from the main road, very quiet, comfortable rooms with a bathroom at a very affordable price with breakfast included in the room priceFor people going to Heide Park Soltau, I highly recommend this location

We felt like we had been transported back in time in a positive sense (when we used to vacation on the farm with our parents). Very quaint, cozy, familiar and super clean/well maintained. Price/performance really unbeatable. Breakfast is prepared with love and small, individual requests are possible. :) Due to the location, you wake up in the morning with the most beautiful birdsong (depending on the season, of course).Two tips for guests:- Bring a hairdryer (we missed it)- and if you want to sleep in the dark/for a long time, you should take a sleeping mask and oropax with youAnd maybe a mini tip to the host: in the spirit of 'first impressions count', the outside seating/terrace/balcony could perhaps have been spruced up a bit.Either way: We'll definitely be happy to come back. :)

Room cute, TV too small and behind a beam.What was really bad was the pool, which is private and fenced in (but children could definitely get there without any problems) was terrible! Tens of dead mice, toads that tried to get out and swam around in it exhausted (without moving, they could be caught with their bare hands), a newt that was sitting on the round and won't get out there on its own. Just awful! Especially in this idyllic environment, where you would think you would meet nature-friendly people, this death trap for all poor forest creatures.I hope the operators will continue to secure it! It's bad that there are no laws for this!

Super nice hosts. Sufficient breakfast. Very clean rooms. (Smoking) balcony directly next to the room. Room size and furnishings were perfect. The location is very quiet & in the middle of nature. The cities can still be reached quickly.All in all a perfect stay.We particularly liked the 4-legged friend Monti.If we are drawn to nature again, then definitely here.
