Super nice house! Very nice hosts! The family room is huge! (consists of 2 double rooms)After breakfast there was a private tour of the house and garden. Definitely have to come back again when the railway line is finished! What is still to be created here is impressive. Thank you!

The villa is very attractive and the breakfast was made with a lot of love. Unfortunately, the WiFi in the top floor hardly worked at all. Some of the construction work on the building had not yet been completed. No parking spaces in front of the hotel. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. All in all, the hotel could be really good. But then the little things have to be considered and made better.

A real gem!While looking for accommodation in the Zeitz area, I came across Villa Hierschel. First horror - around the villa construction site! Then - incredulous amazement, what a jewel!Not a run-of-the-mill hotel, but a real villa, not just from the outside, but the inner values particularly impressed me. A wonderful restoration, old furniture, everything very tastefully and qualitatively furnished, large rooms, in short - you can feel comfortable here.Outside, the owner of the house is building a garden with a mini railway for the little ones, and other buildings are also being built. You shouldn't let this put you off, but rather enjoy the property.The service was great, food in the kitchen together with the staff, you don't get that in any hotel. I will gladly come again!

Beautifully and lovingly restored Art Nouveau villa. Very nice hostess and rich breakfast with homemade delicacies. The outdoor area is still under construction, but promises to be something very special; its own railway is being built on the house. Be sure to walk the Bear Paw Trail and listen to the great audio guide. We'd love to come back.

Open day, the Droyßiger Bärenbahn ran. The route has now grown to 350m. Its a lot to do. Hats off to their enthusiasm for making the wilderness a beautiful place. A TT model railway is being built in the back building. The friends of small railways still have big plans here too. The Droyßiger train station already exists in a scale of 1:120.

A great concept, Villa Hierschel! Here, history and stories are preserved, continued and told with a lot of heart and warmth.And all of this with the best coffee and home-baked cakes. The small, hearty menu page will be tested on our foreseeable next visit. 😉And new history will be written in the near future. I would like to register for the maiden voyage.
