We spent a weekend in the Schmitt guesthouse and had an excellent meal in the attached Tacheles country inn. The house specialty is game, which is hunted by the family themselves. We felt very comfortable in the new, modern rooms. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We'd love to come back.

We had a very nice evening in the outdoor area of the restaurant. The service (boss) was super friendly, courteous and communicative. The food was also very tasty, especially the deer dishes. The menu is clearly laid out, there is something for everyone, and this also applies to the wine selection. There is also a small children's menu. We'll be back next year and are looking forward to it.A little tip: reserve early.

First of all: We cannot rate the rooms because we were only there to eat.And that was incredibly delicious 🤤. We had the wild boar burger and the Alsatian schnitzel. A dream of taste.The lady of the house was incredibly down to earth, open and there was great communication. Toilets very clean. We are already looking forward to the next time.HIGHLY recommended🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

We had 3 nights in the guest house, the apartment was very well furnished, clean and there was even a TV in the bedroom and living area!! Bathroom simply good, very good and some 4 star hotels can't keep up!!!! Breakfast very good, didn't like anything!!! Just a great family business where you feel right at home!! On the first evening we also visited the restaurant and it was a pleasure with excellent fresh food and very good wines of course!!! Thank you for the nice hours we were able to experience with you!!!! We'll be back soon!!!

We spent 4 nights in a very nice and above all clean room in the Schmitt guesthouse. The breakfast was just great. Nothing was missing.Ms. Schmitt always greeted us with a smile on her face. A little conversation at the breakfast table was part of it.We had dinner at Tacheles 3 times. It was just really delicious. The food is of very high quality, fresh and prepared with a lot of love. My husband just said it was the best rump steak I've ever eaten. The game specialties were simply indescribably delicious. The service was always friendly and in a good mood. Everything went smoothly there.We haven't eaten and drunk so well for a long time. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. You could really feel comfortable there. We can 100% recommend the guest house and the country restaurant Tacheles. We had a little break that was just wonderful. Thank you for that.

My husband and I had a very nice evening in the Tacheles Landrestaurant. The dishes we chose were fresh and deliciously prepared. Compliments to the kitchen. As we all know, the eye eats with us, and one of the colorful feasts for the eyes was the delicious side salad. The price-performance ratio is okay. The service was attentive, friendly and warm. We can highly recommend the restaurant and would be happy to come back. Your Hoehl family

We stayed in the guest house for 2 days, the rooms are extremely clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We haven't eaten in the restaurant in a long time, everything was perfect and very tasty 😋 A great family business that is run with a lot of love, great hosts! We have already recommended it to others and will definitely come back 😃

We ate at Tacheles for the first time today with a table reservation.The service was very attentive. The food came quickly and impressed us with the taste. The menu also offers interesting dishes for vegetarians. You can't find a schnitzel with horseradish sauce everywhere. I was excited and was not disappointed in any way.A culinary place in Rhine-Hesse that you have to remember.

Hello, we were guests at the Gästehaus Schmitt and Landgasthof Tacheles from June 9th to June 16th.We stayed in a very tastefully newly renovated guest house. We stayed in the Winzermeister apartment. This was very clean and tastefully decorated.The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The very friendly Ms. Schmitt offered us freshly made scrambled or fried eggs. We felt very comfortable.We always had dinner with friends in the country restaurant.The menu offered many delicious dishes, including great game dishes.All the dishes we ate were excellent.Thanks again to the kitchen.The atmosphere in the restaurant is inviting, modern and friendly.The service was very friendly and attentive.We would be happy to come here again.We can recommend the Tacheles guesthouse at any time.White family
