The suite really met all expectations – a real highlight! The pool was just the right temperature and the sauna was the perfect temperature for relaxation. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The building does show some signs of wear and tear and the location is a bit rough, but that in no way detracts from the charm of the suite. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and offer an ideal retreat. In terms of price-performance, the suite is in no way inferior to other accommodations. The host was extremely attentive and answered all inquiries promptly. I can't wait to come back.

The suite corresponds exactly to expectations. The pool is pleasantly warm and the sauna offers the perfect heat. The cleanliness is impeccable everywhere. The building itself is showing some signs of age and the area is reminiscent of the industrial flair of Duisburg, but the rooms are comfortable and invite you to relax. In terms of price, the hotel is within the usual range, but offers good value for money. I will certainly return. The host is very attentive and available to answer any questions.

The suite was truly fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The pool was at a pleasant temperature and the sauna was just right – a real pleasure. The entire suite was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The building itself shows slight signs of age, but this adds to its character. The rooms are extremely cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Even if the environment seems a bit rough, this does not affect the excellent overall impression of the suite. In terms of price, I found the offer reasonable, especially considering the quality offered. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to all questions. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The suite was great – comfortable and sparkling clean, with an ideally heated pool and a great sauna. The building is a bit older and the surroundings are rough, but that's hardly a problem. Price-performance ratio is right, and the host was very attentive. I'll definitely come back.

Everything is as it appears. Hot tub hot, sauna hot. And everything clean. The house is a bit old and the environment, as expected in Gelsenkirchen, is a bit harsh. But in the suite you feel comfortable and can relax. Cheaper but just like other providers. I'd love to come back. The owner is very accommodating and answers all questions.

I booked this apartment for myself and my wife for her birthday and I am thrilled. Everything was perfect as we imagined it. Jacuzzi is hot, as is the sauna. To cool down, take a shower and then relax on the lounger with the TV. Simply great. The only disadvantage: Poor parking options but you can definitely find something a little further away. Highly recommended. Perfect for couples ❤️

A very nice wellness apartment.The room with the whirlpool and the sauna looks exactly like the big chains that rent out suites like that, only much cheaper if you compare them. And the hot tub is big enough.The apartment is also equipped with everything you need (enough kitchenware, etc.) and there is access to Netflix and co. in both the bedroom and the wellness room.Highly recommended for a romantic weekend for two.
