I thought this place would be a cheap alternative to staying in Cologne during a Euro football match. In hindsight I'd rather have paid a bit more for a proper hotel or B&B.€85 for a sparsely decorated, noisy and uncomfortable room was money down the drain and in to some foreign hands who own the place.It was at least fairly clean, the room is large enough but the bathroom is cramped.I would never recommend this place, it's not a hotel despite the name and has no staff on site. Vastly over-priced for a such basic room.

Parking at the hotel. Location good. Rooms with high ceilings add airiness. Great for a night for two, but not enough space for two for a long time, one small closet. What I have to point out is that only the toilet works from the waste. + Decorated with fragrance! (pleasant smell in the toilet). BUT: We were accommodated in room 10. After a few minutes of showering, I noticed that the water from the shower was spilling onto the floor - a clogged drain. Same thing at the sink. Water to the brim, and brushing the teeth took place in the form of: take water in your mouth from the sink, but spit it into the toilet, because the sink overflowed and looked terrible. 2 days without cleaning, without cleaning the sink or changing the towel, or cleaning. The kitchen was shared by two rooms. A big + for the kitchen! All in all a nice renovated accommodation with a thermostatic head in the bathroom and even a "rain forest" shower head. However, without the interest of the owner or the cleaning lady to clean the waste! I will easily come back here alone for a short stay in a room for two if the water drains. But the 1st floor! Not under the roof! The rooms do not have air conditioning!

Very hard of hearing, could only sleep for 5.5 hours, the person above us ran around until midnight - there was a creak with every step,€70 is too much for thatShower water hardly runs out - only short showers possibleI'm not coming back

The room was very cold. The heater didn't get warm. After calling the owner, they said he would come over soon, but he never came. There was no heating in the bathroom at all and only 1 towel for everything.

CAUTION! Be sure to keep your distance.The chips provided work on all doors, so anyone who has booked an Airbnb there can get into every room!

Unfortunately the rooms were very dirty and worn out. The accommodation is actually quite okay. You have a small kitchen and a large new bathroom. The problem, however, is that there is no service and it is simply dirty. Unfortunately not recommended. Strange hair and dirt everywhere. Maybe it will get even better. The boss himself is very nice and I think the hotel will still be finished.

We were very satisfied with the nice host! The room was also good, you have everything you need! We were super suitable for this for 1 night while we were in transitI'm only deducting one star because of the beds, they weren't comfortable at all. I would value good beds to round it off. Unfortunately, we had a sore back in the morning!If you sleep with multiple pillows, you should get one or two!The fan in the bathroom could use some cleaning, it doesn't look inviting!I also thought it was great with the key/badge to close the room door, very smart!:)If there are better beds we will definitely come back!Greetings from Luxembourg

There is a small kitchen for cooking yourself, the room looks good, the shower was great.Bed was quite good, but not really worth mentioning, the bathroom was a bit unclean.The host was super nice and also happy to accept criticism.Overall, a price-performance killer!50 euros for a double bed is a great deal.
