What really bothered me was the fact that according to the website there was supposed to be WiFi, but I simply had no reception in the apartment. Even my Lenovo ThinkPad T540 only showed one bar and couldn't connect. Luckily, T-mobile's mobile network was strong with LTE, but with E-Netz I only had Edge.Unfortunately, the apartment itself can only be described as “rustic”. The pictures on the wall are faded, there isn't a single house plant (not even made of plastic...), the technical equipment is at least 15 years old, certainly even older. The kitchen and bathroom used to be just one room, a wall was pulled in and as a result there is no natural light in the kitchen and it is very narrow. You can only eat in the living room. In addition, the furniture is not properly coordinated with the small space; all the kitchen cupboard doors open to the wrong side when you stand in front of the sink (which is exactly where you spend most of your time in the kitchen). There are no fly screens or nets on the windows throughout the apartment, so you can quickly find bugs and other creatures in the apartment. In the stairwell, the stairs could use some paint and the lamps above and below could use a timer. If you forget to turn off the light, the owner will definitely remind you of it.What was particularly unfavorable when it came to the dog was a missing apartment door. Doors lead from the stairwell directly to the living room and bedrooms. This means you can hear immediately when someone is in the stairwell. The living room door couldn't be locked either. What was unpleasant and especially stupid for the dog was that the living room window didn't close properly. As a result, all the noises from outside (New Year's Eve bangers...) were louder than necessary, and we also had to heat more. In general, the air was warm when we arrived in the apartment, but the walls were still completely cold and of course you notice that when you want to sit on the couch in the evening... Since there are no wool or fleece blankets in the apartment there was, so the homely feeling didn't want to set in at first...Overall, the facility is rather careless and the age of services has probably not yet fully arrived in this area. The location of the riding stable via Google Maps is incorrect, but I was not informed of this beforehand. So we first ended up in the middle of nowhere and then had to be guided to the farm by telephone. When we wanted to leave, the farm was deserted, which no one told us beforehand. So we laboriously squeezed the key with its large tag into the mailbox. In my opinion, all of these things are still tolerable, but when you consider that we paid 70 euros per day for an apartment with this completely low standard in an area at the end of the world, then it's simply not worth more than 2 stars and I would not recommend the apartment under these circumstances.
