The breakfasts were fine. Clean sheets. Dear owner, Mr. was not so nice to us anymore. For the amount paid I would expect better service. Booking allowed me to accommodate 5 people, but I had to pay for one on the spot, it's hard to say whether it was a mistake in booking or with the accommodation provider, as he has entered parameters. At least there was no problem with the extra bed. However, for the same money, we have been accommodated several times in Austria in much better rooms/spaces. Someone here mentioned the electrics from the 80s, so I can confirm that even after 4 years nothing has changed. The owner obviously doesn't give the earned money back to the improvements to the accommodation.Bathroom equipment - broken shower screen. Sticky towel / clothes hooks - after hanging local towels, everything fell to the floor, including the hooks. Overall, I felt like time stood still here.We are used to having the window open at night, but that is not very possible here, because you can hear the nearby main road.The closed private parking is nice. The pool will probably be nice when it's warm.

Very good. The food is excellent, there is also a great opportunity to buy dinner and drinks, spacious and tidy. Good fun, songs and a swimming pool, solarium, I will definitely stay again, nature. Also great for a family holiday

I was there with my family and the first impression was bad. We were treated like crap there. Gastronomy 0, we had to find out everything ourselves. It started when we booked rooms, but got completely different rooms and then had to pay on top. We had to pay extra money at the pool because water splashed out while swimming. You don't have to start breakfast either. Among other things, other people from the residential area always came to just drink. You can't call it a vacation, it's more like stress with great disappointment. No recommendation from me, especially as a family.

Good evening to everyone who likes Františkové lázně and who is looking for accommodation, the Buchmann pension offers a great and pleasant environment for all categories of people. Pension Buchmann is well equipped for both individuals and couples. It has a large terrace and a nice pool with other amazing benefits. The owner is a pleasant smiling gentleman who tries to please you in everything. So one feels simply great there. And the price corresponds to the quality of the accommodation. If you are looking for nice accommodation, I recommend it to everyone, it is worth the money.And I thank Messrs. Buchmann for a wonderful weekend 👍👍👍👍 😁😁😁😁

friendly host - rooms under the roof are not possible, not even for €45 - all room doors have the same door lock (beard lock). So you can also unlock the room in the next room. A NO GO in 2018.The electrical standards are also from the 80s. You should think about it and renew and change a few things.

Very nice landlord. Area very beautiful, the large lakes recommended. Accommodation clean, breakfast was good and sufficient. very happy again.
