Do not go here if you like quiet camping. This is a camping site (festival grounds would be more accurate) that is known for hosting multiple groups of youths at once. It is a remote spot where few things can be broken, which is the reason for its popularity with groups of drunken youths that make a lot of noise. Expect to stay awake until dawn breaks and the kids roll into their tents. There are only 2x2 showers for the gents and ladies that cost 1 euro for 5 minutes. Try showering early in the morning, as the drunken youths are still in their bed.Better yet, find another camping.

Turned up. Nobody spoke English, no obvious reception area. Old lady with large stick made us feel quite unwelcome. Ended up leaving and sleeping in the car at a motor way rest station instead.

Nice small-scale simple farmers campsite. Beautifully situated on a hill.Ask for a spot with a beautiful unobstructed view of the setting sun.You can use fire bowls from the campsite for even more atmosphere in the evening. And there is good sandwich service. There are some eateries in Immerzeel within a 15-minute walk.In short, highly recommended.

It was my first time at the beautifully located campsite (but definitely not the last time)The operators are very nice people who are open to everyone. The meadow is a bit crookedbut with two drive wedges it was no problem to align. The price is great. The showers were clean. We'll be back.

Great place, we were able to arrive spontaneously on a rainy evening, everything was wonderful including the showers. Bread rolls from Butscher from Illmensee have been legendary for decades. We'll be back!!

Pure nature, quiet, relaxed, not overcrowded, minimalist and simply wonderful to relax in.🏕️.🥰🐞Grill with friends in the fire bowls provided or at the campfire area.Where fox and hare say goodnight to each other. It's so cool there.

Today I reached my most remote campsite of my trip so far. During the adventurous journey, my navigation system constantly advised me to turn around. But I didn't and ended up in this small, super quiet, beautiful place.I'm standing almost alone in a meadow and have a wonderful view. The sanitary facilities are simple, clean and functional. This is how camping should be!!

The campsite is in beautiful surroundings and everything you need is available. The owner is very friendly. However, a small downside are the many wasps and mosquitoes, so it is advisable to be prepared for this.It was a shame that large groups of young people were allowed to play music. Although everyone can of course enjoy their holiday, this somewhat disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for.As for the sanitary facilities; it is functional and clean, although a bit outdated. But considering the price of only €18 per night, you can't really complain. All in all, a good choice for a budget-friendly or back-to-basic holiday!

Great meadow to meet up with friends over the weekend. There are also fireplaces for cozy hours. The only drawback is the sanitary facility, there is no partition in the shower, which is in the same room as the toilet, to put down the towel and fresh clothes without them getting wet. We still plan to spend a weekend here again.
