I got stranded there with my racing bike after it wasn't possible to stay overnight at the Süßen See. Luckily I kept driving. The owner was super nice, there was a cyclist right away (free of charge). I slept in a trailer, very romantic!Otherwise there were many young families with small children on the tent meadow. In any case, I can only recommend this place if you like it a little rustic and very eco-friendly.

Me and a friend stayed there during a bike ride.We slept in a small caravan with heating. This cost us €45 including bed sheets. The man who introduced us was incredibly nice. The views are incredible and it's surprisingly quiet, even though the country house is on a road. It's a bit difficult to get there by bike because the farm is on a mountain, but it's definitely worth it.

As a cyclist traveling south from the north: The first annoying mountain up there, but: It was worth it: fantastic view of the flat plain, lightning in the distance, simply premium! And don't forget the cold drink that Michael gives out if you arrive by bike.Due to the bad weather, I didn't want to sleep in a tent that night, but rather in something solid, a trailer with the best view from above. In terms of sanitary facilities, everything is in top condition and I haven't been to anywhere as sustainable as this, I can't even manage it at home. :/Cleanliness: very clean!Noise: just quietParamedic facility: mega!! There is such an ingenious thing at work on the topic of saving water that everyone can learn a lesson from!Pro: Great view and the possibility of breakfast, the cyclist drink #marketingCons: The climb from the north, but I enjoyed riding it.All thumbs up, I'll definitely be back!PS: If you're still reading, you must be a cyclist: If you arrive later, e.g. after a longer journey, call ahead and find out whether you can get a snack at the top of the mountain. ;)
