Nice accommodation with a very friendly owner. I felt very comfortable. Everything you need is there. However, it's not accessible by public transport - but if you're comfortable on foot or by bike, that's not a problem! :)

A practical accommodation with everything you need. Uncomplicated and parking right in front of the door as well. The proximity to Lake Starnberg is practical and offers plenty of options 👍💦In addition to a small balcony, there is also an outdoor sundowner place with a pleasant seating area.Especially compared to other accommodations in the lake area, the price-performance ratio is right, so I'd be happy to go again ⭐️

Small but nice and quiet accommodation, even though the road passes by. The room is not big, but has everything you need, with a small balcony. 💜Refrigerator, tea and coffee pad machine and small sinks.Good starting point to explore Lake Starnberg, you can get on the bike path right next to Haus Sonnenblick 💛 Beautiful terrace at the house where you can end the day nicely. Outdoor parking spaces.Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable 💚

I stayed at Haus Sonnenblick for a total of 15 nights and felt very comfortable here. The rooms are sparkling clean, lovingly furnished, bright and cozy. The bed has very comfortable mattresses and I slept excellently. In the small breakfast kitchen you will find everything you need: refrigerator, stove, kettle, toaster, Senseo, cookware, dishes and cutlery, washing up liquid and washing up utensils. There is free tea and coffee pods, replenished every 2 days. I had plenty of coffee, thank you 🥰The bathrooms are small, but newly renovated and really 100% clean. There are towels, soap and even enough hanging options and storage space!The room is cleaned every 2 days and provided with fresh towels.There are sufficient parking spaces available in front of the house. The WiFi is fast and I was even able to work mobile without any problems.I really felt very comfortable and can only recommend the family-run hotel! Thank you very much & greetings from the Palatinate

Our friends spent a few days in this wonderful, family-run, newly renovated pension, which is only a short distance from Starnberg, so that the beach part of Percha can be reached even at night! Furthermore, Munich is only 35 minutes away by car, and you can quickly reach the mountains on the Garmisch autopâly and make a wonderful day trip. Modern, well-equipped rooms with a coffee maker, but also a mini-kitchen. Parking is possible in the yard.For the price, you won't find anything better in this quality category at Lk Starnberg.I recommend it to your attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for two weeks in January 2019. The owners are very friendly and kind. Our room was very clean and well kept. Public transportation is very close (5mi Ute walk). Out of the city but very close which makes it very peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. Also very reasonabley priced.

The guesthouse is a real insider tip in the middle of a green landscape. All sights (Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle...) are easily accessible by car. The guesthouse itself is very “cutely” furnished and impresses with its small and subtle charm. What is very worth mentioning is the owner's special hospitality and the very nice and personally written texts, which we were always very happy about and gave us a feeling of being welcome. So in short, highly recommended!!!!!

We had a beautiful double room with a balcony. The view was fantastic. There was a large refrigerator in the hallway that you could use. The lake is only one kilometer away and Munich is only 10 minutes by car. Overall, highly recommended.
