My sister and I stayed for one night and, despite being usually more inclined to stay in hotels, we really had a great time!If we come back to Pratteln we will definitely remember this place :).Very easy place to get to, a few minutes walk from Pratteln station. We were welcomed by telephone as the owners had to be away for a moment, but they gave us the entrance code and explained very well (in English) where to find the bathroom (naturally shared, being a B&B), the kitchen and the room ( which was spotlessly clean, stocked with towels and with our name on the door).For hygiene reasons we were asked to leave our shoes at the entrance, but slippers were left for us to wear :).The bathroom was tidy, with soap and clean towels available for everyone and a tray to put used towels.The beds were very comfortable and comfy. The only flaw, however reported by the owners already at the time of booking by message (so we knew that there would be this possible inconvenience) is that since the house is quite old (although perfectly modernized and decorated inside) the stairs and floors creak a lot and therefore there may be noise during the night or early in the morning when other guests move to the bathroom or downstairs. To overcome this problem, earplugs were left in the room.However, the night seemed calm and we rested well.Breakfast is provided upon reservation and must be paid separately, agreeing in advance with the owners regarding the time. It was worth it, the offer was varied and of good quality, with excellent artisanal jams. We were also asked if we wanted freshly prepared eggs!The proverbial icing on the cake was the great kindness and helpfulness of the owners, who made us feel truly welcome.Congratulations, it was truly a wonderful experience :)!

We stayed there one night on our bike tour. It was nice, we could store the bikes in the garage. And the rooms were beautiful. We could also use the kitchen so we did not need to go out for dinner in a restaurant. We really appreciated our stay there.

Spent a night in Kalimera after a concert at the nearby Z7 Konzertfabrik.What was particularly important to us was that the concert location could be reached on foot and that the price was good.We got a funny, old and very charming house in which we immediately felt at home.Checking in was easy using a door code. We were able to park the car in the carport behind the house.We looked at the kitchen, dining room and TV room (living room), but didn't use them. In any case, everything you needed was there.The double room was, like everything we saw, perfectly clean.We slept wonderfully in the freshly made beds.Hearing protection was available on the bedside table in case anyone is a light sleeper.The next morning we took a shower in the shared bathroom and we were on our way again.In summary, all I can say is:Everything was very clean (I've rarely seen anything like that), fair price, nice contact with the lady of the house (Karin) at checkout and also in advance by email.In our opinion, a lot of passion is put into trying to make it as pleasant as possible for the guests.If we want to stay overnight nearby again, we would be happy to come back.The picture is of the green double room on the day of departure.

Very nice, well-designed place, the rooms are perfect and comfortable, clean, pretty. Really friendly and very helpful staff. Location close to the large Z7 concert hall, you can park and go there on foot. Also accessible by train (10 minutes on foot). I recommend!

We had a very good time at this B&B. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed in a quiet part of town. The owner was very kind and helpful. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Advised!

Beautiful and loving B&B. My daughter and I were delighted with the daily fresh flowers from our own garden, the breakfast and the warm, courteous care on site. What is absolutely worth mentioning was the cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean. Thank you again at this point!

Extremely friendly reception, large and CLEAN room, about 10 minutes walk to Z7, room very “soundproof” but not a problem for me, enough PP. I would love to stay there again! Prices are not displayed correctly, are approx. CHF 15.00 cheaper. Inquiries must be made by email or telephone.

Such a nice guest house and beautiful apartments. We loved our stay in B&B Kalimera, especially the small details and the great fresh and healthy breakfast. The apartments are very special and the whole house has nice old fashioned details (like an old cell phone etc.). I can highly recommend this B&B for a stay in Switzerland.

We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was. The garden was a dream, pure relaxation. Rooms very tidy. Breakfast sufficient and tasty. All in one. Very friendly, pleasant atmosphere. Gladly again

It was perfect! Madame Heidi/Haidi is very sweet and caring, just 13 minutes from Konzerfabrik. 5min from Pratteln station 10min by train max (2 stops) from Basel station.It was quiet, clean and welcoming. The house and garden are very well maintained. The breakfast was adequately stocked. Croissant bread cheeses yogurts cereals milk juice coffee etc.I recommend 100% and we will come back with great pleasure for a next concert.Thanks to Heidi/Haidi for her sympathy
