Beautiful romantic hotel. Fairytale ambience and great service in a quiet environment with a view of the lagoon. We enjoyed every minute. Spa offers must be booked early as they are very popular. We'd love to come back.

Everything to the best of your satisfaction, except for a few little things that last. The hotel advertises that all rooms with air conditioning are unfortunately not true. Unfortunately, dinner is not for those who love hearty, country-style home cooking, otherwise everything is very good.

It was very nice, quiet location. The breakfast had a great selection, everything was freshly prepared. The pool area was clean. The rooms okay. We were very well looked after all around. We would go there again.

Room:The room was clean except for the shower enclosure in the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower enclosure on the lower inside is dirty (only visible when the sliding doors are closed).Ventilating the room was a challenge due to the lack of insect protection and with the lights turned off (mosquitoes near the forest and lagoon). However, the mosquitoes could be easily identified on the light-colored wall and ceiling coverings.Service:The room was cleaned regularly. The breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. The quality of the food in the restaurant and the service was also very good. However, the price for the half board booked at €39 per person was too high. Because this price does not include free drinks.Location:The location is relatively central and good.

A beautiful castle, well located, this castle atmosphere can be felt throughout the hotel. We originally had a double room in the basement, but the cell phone reception and internet were so poor that we had to rebook the room. The upper floors are definitely worth it if you are traveling with teenagers 😀.Now about our stay. We slept well, the breakfast was sufficient, the area is nice, but without a car you're thrown out of here.We had great weather, saw a lot during the day and spent a few hours in the wellness area in the evening.As expected, the area was small and could have been decorated a bit nicer.Dinner in the restaurant is recommended, the prices are also ok, but you should reserve a table in advance.Overall, we had a relaxing time and if you want to experience something different and not just a standard hotel, we can recommend the Schlosshotel without hesitation.

Located in the middle of the forest, right next to the Störtebeker Festival, about 20 km from the Baltic Sea, nice for hiking and enjoying absolute peace. Best breakfast I've had so far. In the evening you can also have a delicious meal in the restaurant

The hotel is easy to reach and is located in the town of Ralswiek. Very well maintained, very welcoming. Great service and always nice employees. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great.

I was there with my son for five days. It was just beautiful! The staff is super child-friendly! My little one felt very comfortable. The food was also really good 👍. There was nothing we didn't like.

I wasn't a guest at the castle hotel, I just looked at it from the outside and was really impressed. Ralswiek Castle is a mansion located on a hill above the Great Jasmunder Bodden. Nice little walk up to the castle. Around the castle there is a really beautiful tree population with trees that are not exactly native to the area and are therefore rather rare and some of them are also very old.We can really only recommend a trip there. 👍

Overall satisfied, but there should also be criticism. Chronological order: 1. Water in the pool, if at all, just over 20 degrees, maybe 26 degrees. Whatever, it serves to toughen you up. 2. Queuing at breakfast to get a table (only once) - staff missing everywhere. 3rd room (room suite) is great, but only separated from the next room by a door. Neighborhood mercilessly loud in the last two evenings.

First of all, we got married in the castle 12 years ago and were very happy to be there again. It still had the same surprising and enchanting charm of 12 years ago. We spent 3 days in the castle and went to Binz and Sellin. The staff and the food were very good. There was a buffet for breakfast and a 3-course menu in the evening. We were very surprised that you could be so full after eating a little less on your plate. Compliments to the chef...it was excellent, simply great. The waiters, both in the evening and at breakfast, were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel room itself had a slightly musty smell, but it was all a bit older. The pool was awesome with what felt like ice cold water. We're still in, but only for 5 lengths of swimming.Conclusion...We will definitely be back.
