We experienced a really nice and clean hotel. The breakfast could perhaps be a little better if the rolls were just 5 minutes in an oven. But in general we have only positive things to say. Location, parking and the self-service solution with code via SMS works very well. Plus free coffee on the 1st floor.

Clean and nice building, I slept very well.There was no way to contact someone, mail to info at graastenraadhus.dk was never answered.They think they can handle all questions with technology but aren't even abled to sell a breakfast to a customer with no credit card.

All in all an average experienceMy girlfriend and I expect that when you check in, there will be friendly staff at the reception.There we were badly disappointed as there were no people.You will be given a pin code that is for both the front door and the room.We get to our room Josephine, which is a reasonably nice room with a nice flat screen and bathroom, so nothing to put there.We spend the first night and experience a lot of noise from outside with clearly illegal mopeds making noise. But the hotel cannot do that, but the doors in the hotel could be made less noisy, as you need to have some strength to open the doors and then they make a bit of noise.The breakfast is okay, there are cold cuts, cheese, cornflakes, yogurt, rolls, etc.When there aren't many people, they don't make scramble eggs, but they ask really politely if we want scramble eggs.So it's really polite and good!We spend the night again and go on a trip, where we put the sign with please clean my room and think that they will probably come and clean.We leave at 9.30 approx.We come home at 16 and the sign was still there and the room had not been cleaned. There we thought okay, we'll give them another chance.We put the sign up and we could see that the room opposite was being cleaned, so they should see it.We come back home and see our sign still hanging there and look inside. The room has not been cleaned again.It is not approved, so we think this without staff at the reception is not good and both my girlfriend and I feel best talking to a person to person and not over a call, so that you can better resolve some shortcomings quickly and easily.The only draw here is the room itself, the courtesy of the staff at breakfast and the breakfast is okay.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We stayed in room Prince Joachim.The sheet was dirty with a big stain and hair in the bed, hair on the headboard. The soap dish in the bathroom was filled with water instead of soap.We contacted the hotel immediately after arrival as it said we had to, but no personal contact, we were just referred to an e-mail sent. Didn't help us. We didn't meet a rare one during the entire stay.After going home, we were of course disappointed that it certainly did not live up to the 4 stars and the money we had paid.Wrote an email to the hotel, which I have heard NOTHING from, even wrote 2 times now.Really lousy service, a real shame as it's a nice place.

This is a place we will not be returning toRoom curtains that do not work, the light in the bathroom goes out even if you are in the showerWe didn't see anyone at the reception in the five days we were there, the breakfast was missing being put on even though there was breakfast at 7:30, eggs were cold and juice was warm and we had to point out that butter was missing and juiceOn the last day, the breakfast was halved by the selection and not particularly friendly service, nor any cleaning in the room oopsUnbelievably much noise from the streetIn relation to the price, it was an expensive experienceEtc. Beautiful hotel in the former town hall. It was a bit unusual that you could only check in online. The reception was not staffed in the evening (8pm) or in the morning at 8.30. The rooms were nice, but the curtains are so thin that the green lighting from COOP illuminated the whole room strongly. The room door could only be opened with a 6-digit code. A room card was not available. The parking lot was not marked and not visible from the entrance, so we parked on the street. We only saw the hotel car park at the back near the COOP when we left. The breakfast was ok.
