Phantasialand hotels are as beautiful as the park itself.They're well integrated to the decor and beautiful.Very family friendly and direct access to the park from the beautiful garden.The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, as well as the doorman at the entranceThe rooms are beautiful.The possibility to come back to the hotel directly from the park during the day if you need it is really convenient.The breakfast is included, and it's very good.Loved my stay there.The view on Black Mamba from the balcony is awesome.

Amazing hotel with incredible dinner buffet. Clean rooms with separate space for children’s bed that looks like a camping tent. Great service. We stayed a second time just for the dinner. Drinks at the bar weren’t all that great, but everything else was a hit.

Rooms are ok. No Minibar.We reserved at the restaurant at the evening. It wasn't a real restaurant only buffet for 40 Euro +.I don't know the food was terrible. 2 things were great. 1. Pommes from the children area.2. The grillThe rice, the salat was terrible. I never paid so much cash for such a bad restaurant.My recommendation: Eat in the park never in the hotels of Fantasialand.

Hotel matamba is one of the amazing hotel, i’ve ever visited. Tbh it’s not cheap but it’s worth it. I just disappointed with the balkon and park view that I purchased. It’s on the 1st floor and on our view is just a roof of the restaurant. My expectations didn’t match with the expectations. I thought we could see the ride Black Mamba from our Balkon. Unfortunately not! Apart from that, the foods are so special and yummy, nothing to complain about. Dinner foods are amazing, just this woman who served us was really unfriendly. The other employees were so friendly and nice. She was even so mean to other employees. She was not even saying thanks for tipping her, the most regrettable tipping ever!We got quick pass from the hotel as well! On breakfast the icon of the phansialand will be come around and greet people, it was really nice 👍🏽

We stayed in a family room w our 2 young daughters (4 and 5). Hotel was fully booked. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is a delight for families as it really is family orientated. Just the hotel would have been enough entertainment for the kids. Attention to details is great. The garden was also topnotch. Food was splendid. The park felt like an extension of the hotel garden. I would 100% recommend Matamba to anyone planning to visit Phantasialand.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Everything was very clean and updated. The room was incredibly spacious. The theme was incredibly consistent. Super family friendly! There are several kids play areas inside and out. The breakfast was incredible! There was even a kids breakfast area with a ton of extra choices for picky toddlers. The staff was all very sweet and excited to help! The park entrance was amazing to have and skip the lines! The view into the park from the hotel room was beautiful. Very pleased with this experience! Highly recommend. Only downside is no pool.
