Very rude and unhelpful caretaker / manager.Nasty to children and aggressive to women.A lovely place, nice surroundings but the manager a very threatening individual with no people skills, would not recommend for females travelling alone or families with children.

A little island of tranquility next to a buzzing, industrial town.This place is pretty amazing, which I say for two reasons. One, the accommodation is top notch. Well kept up and modern, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Two, the place will continually surprise you. If you want to know how, stop reading and experience it for yourself. DKS stands for something like the home of peaceful aging, and a number of units are occupied long-term by older adults. There are still plenty of units to rent for others. The entire place is buried (pardon the pun) in a beautifully wooded, serene area that is so inviting for walking and relaxation. The common area/building has so much to offer including pool, ping pong, foosball, and, drum roll, self-served Krusovice beer on draft. At 35 CZK per half a liter! Did I say free laundry yet?

The place is nice. In nature , calm fresh environment. Rooms with kitchens and fully furnished. No compliments. But the guy in reception was totally unresponsive. He had a nice computer gaming chair and some pc denied to give us proper information regarding this facility just because he already shared the info with one of our group member. Moreover he was not bother himself to wake up when we were checking out on Sunday. His attitude to clients were totally unacceptable.

Super relax

I highly appreciate the self check-in. After check-in, you will receive a code to unlock the door, no unnecessary cards or keys. There is a large area, a parking lot approx. 150 meters away, there is a small "town" where pensioners live on the ground floor (a home for a peaceful old age?) and there are apartments on the upper floor. There is a vending machine for beer, lemonade, and coffee in the main building. I give a minus for dust that hasn't been cleaned for a really long time, a leaking shower head and a little smell from the waste. Plus definitely for peace of mind

A beautiful place, a short distance from the center and at the same time in complete peace with the surrounding nature. Beautiful apartments with a very nice bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), a kitchen with adequate equipment so that you have what you need and don't rummage through anything unnecessarily, a comfortable sofa, a beautiful comfortable bed and a large TV. Nice service, super private wellness.

Beautiful, well-kept property in a quiet environment. Modern furnishings in the holiday apartment. The free use of the large lounge is particularly positive. The right place for a family reunion of 16 people

Room could at least be equipped with a fan. Otherwise quiet and clean. Unfortunately, our television 📺 had a life of its own and was therefore of no use.Check-in and check-out counters are very hidden and poorly or not at all signposted

A birthday present turned into a nightmare. If I take it from the beginning - before arriving at the hotel, I communicated with the manager regarding adjustments and additional payment for the wellness area so that it was for 4 people. The instructions regarding online check-in were also complied with, so that we don't have to stay on the spot - a great thing. The accommodation was peaceful. The area is well designed, pleasant environment, a wonderful common room equipped with a coffee machine, a beer machine, billiards, darts, table tennis, football. Despite the fear that it is a home for a peaceful old age - DKS, I read that in the reviews before leaving, seniors live there and the mentioned apartments are above them. The first thing that struck us was that we ordered 2 Superior apartments and for an extra charge Deluxe. Honestly the Superior was bigger, more spacious with a big TV. Deluxe - cracked bed, socks from previous guests under the sofa, clumps of dust. I understand, it's not a visible place, but when a cube fits under your couch, it's not pleasant. So I asked the reception what the difference is in the apartments if there is an extra charge. What's more, I can park at the apartment, air conditioning and coffee without milk or sugar. Wellness also nice, cozy, jacuzzi, 2 bathtubs, shower and 2 saunas. The only thing missing was a toilet. Upon arrival at the hot tub, the water was cold, but on the phone with Mr. P.D. I was told that I should run the hot water full, that it will heat up quickly, yes it did, after about 10 minutes the water reached a temperature of 37 degrees. Everything went well. Up to this point, I would rate it positively. The next day, we had another 45 minutes arranged, no extra charge, from the stay package. And this is where it all started, I was in the sauna and suddenly I hear my partner screaming from the hot tub to turn it off quickly, that he can't do it anymore. I didn't know what was going on, I'll probably never forget his look, he screamed that it sucked him in and he couldn't get out. I was confused, I didn't know at that moment how to turn it off, he just screamed for help. I had to gradually turn off all the jets, about 4 buttons, in order for him to get out of the whirlpool, a huge bruise with three distinct circles exactly from the jets all over his back. No one came to help us even though we screamed, only the lady who was letting us in told me that she called the manager and he came after a while with the words "what are you doing", when I showed him the partner who was sitting around the corner of the hot tub, he said, that this couldn't happen to him here, that he did it somewhere alone. I started screaming at him hysterically, if he was serious, the fact is that I was probably a little louder in that shock. I couldn't do it and went to apologize, then I scolded myself for that, because the arrogance of Mr. P.D. she continued. He said he would call an ambulance. After he handed them over to us, we agreed that we would come in our own car. Because the partner communicated and was able to walk. The manager always stood by the fact that it couldn't happen in that hot tub. Be that as it may, it's only a machine and anything can happen, I'd expect at least some concern like if he's okay, if he's not in pain or something like that. Nothing like that happened, on the contrary, he just wanted to take a picture of his back and told him that he was definitely not in the place where the support is. A friend informed him that when he was getting out of the hot tub, his foot slipped and he fell onto the center from which he never got out. I don't even want to imagine what would happen if a child slipped in there like that. I note that the partner is 190 cm and approx. 100 kg. What completely surprised me was that there was no inspection of the hot tub and other guests immediately followed us - business is business. During a visit to the emergency room, the doctor himself was horrified that he had never seen this before. We were advised to call the police. We returned to the hotel saying that we wanted to agree with the gentleman that we were going to the doctor and we wanted to leave the hotel, which was paid for until the next day. I called him, he said he wouldn't come, so I told him on the phone. I only told him that we were going to see the doctor, that I'd rather go in person, he told me that he wasn't interested, I said we were advised to call the police, but we don't want to deal with it like that. He said let's just call her, that he doesn't care because he's not the owner. Continuation of the attached photo, I exceeded the word limit, I am also adding a photo of my partner.

We were on a team building, Mr. Dologh is very pleasant and helpful, the food was excellent, the accommodation was clean and spacious, including a kitchen. The common room is available for parties. Thank you very much and I highly recommend it.
