At first sight visually attractive, but soon the problems and defects pile up. One bed too few, shower does not work, poor sound insulation ... are just a few examples. Contact with the owner is difficult. A big disappointment.

The apartment is getting old, everything is very dirty.- Bedroom: The mattresses sag, everything is very dusty, the roll-top was broken two years ago.- Bathroom: Dirty bath towel from the previous tenant, the water in the shower no longer drains properly.Kitchen: The dishes and pans are not washed cleanly, drawers and shelves are dirty, glasses are not complete.Balcony: ashtrays full and butts lying around.Stairwell: DirtyThe bed linen for our daughter was missing from the extra bed. Mr. Sope promised us that he would clean the apartment the next day and bring the bed linen over, but nothing happened!

Very weak. An apartment that is actually well furnished suffers from the fact that the floor is not taken care of. 5 reminders until the key code came. The apartment is dark and there is always public traffic outside the window. There are no curtains and the blinds don't work. Arriving after 4 p.m. means you don't have to spend the first half day of your vacation. No reading light in the living room, no reading light in the bedroom. The previous tenant's rubbish was not removed from the bathroom. Use of the garden is not possible as there is no garden furniture. Guest cards only on Tuesday when they were no longer needed. Overall: early departure, never again.

Shabby accommodation, balcony was 10cm under water, water doesn't drain in the bathroom, no sockets in the kitchen, you have to carry the microwave to the socket, mattress sagging, cleanliness, well.We left early. Landlord is now doing it on his own, but doesn't really care. Suggestions are ignored.Beautifully photographed, nothing behind it.

A fantastic stay in the Black Forest! The holiday apartment at Schauinsland was perfect: modern, clean and with a breathtaking view. The quiet location and proximity to hiking trails make it ideal for nature lovers. Absolutely recommended!

I'm totally thrilled, I had read other reviews and didn't want to book at first. I'm glad I booked it. The staff was available day and night and the rooms were always cleaned very thoroughly. Besides, nature is beautiful.Highly recommended!

We feel very comfortable with you, the employees are available 24/7. There are still so many beautiful things to discover that we would love to come back! Since we are very busy in everyday life, we enjoy the peace and beautiful atmosphere/nature, even in bad weather you have the opportunity to relax in the wellness area (sauna etc.) or to settle down comfortably in a cozy seat. Rooms are up to date until soon LG and thank you for everything

First of all: the Oberried location is confusing if you don't enter the street. Oberried and the district of Hofsgrund, in which the apartment is located, are separated by around 8km and 700 meters of altitude! For almost all activities you have to plan 15 minutes more in each direction.I'll make a bullet point list:+ missing drinking glasses were delivered later+ large apartment, modernly furnished+ were able to get in before 4 p.m- almost all surfaces were dusty- Animal hair from the previous tenants could have been vacuumed up better- the vacuum cleaner tube is loose and often falls apart- Seating area too big for your gap- Extractor hood hangs in front of your face- Only small pans available, but huge spatulas- Baking tray can no longer be cleaned- no reading lights in the living room- no ice compartment in the fridge- no scissors or masher in the kitchen+ good knife block and enough cutting boards+ enough seating options+ Drying rack- no washing facility- Dirty stairwell+ at least cleaned once in 14 days- Bed linen not ironed- Bathroom tiles and shampoo holder loose- Toilets only superficially cleaned- very noisy upstairs when the top floor apartment is occupied, a catastrophe! Luckily this was only the case for 3-4 nights.There are still little things, but it should be enough for a first impression. KulturGut was responsible for the booking newspaper, but now the operator/owner has it and a different standard seems to apply.Seems a bit like: maximum yield with minimal effort.We bought cleaning supplies, cleaned the areas relevant to us and made the most of our vacation.

Simply really beautiful! If you like hiking and beautiful nature or just want to go on a short family trip, then this is the perfect place to do that.Service is outstanding, I was available at any time, no matter what time of day, and acted quickly. This was definitely not the last time that I will go to the great Skylodges with my family. Thank you very much😁

Disaster everything.Noises from footsteps from other floors that make it seem like the floor is going to fall, dirty as hell (remnants of sanitary pads, etc.), no service at all (toilet paper, etc.), no freezer, communal washing machine always occupied, apartment with broken blinds and the landlord does not fix it. I could go on but I won't waste any more time on something that doesn't even deserve a star.
