Our impressions are as follows:Contact the landlord before the start of the trip to discuss the arrival process!On the day of arrival we were warmly welcomed, given a brief introduction to the house and local recommendations.We would have had someone to contact at any time if difficulties had arisen.All you can say about the house itself is that it was furnished with attention to detail. Everything you need to live is there, be it with a dog or with children. The garden is really fantastic. The garden is also equipped with everything your heart desires.Electricity and gas are charged based on consumption and we think that's absolutely fair. You can determine your heating and hot water periods yourself and therefore your own consumption.Why only 4 stars? We descaled an appliance from the kitchen beforehand because we didn't want to drink from it and the bathroom wasn't quite as clean. But this is at the expense of the cleaner and has nothing to do with H. Vollandt personally.So would we recommend the house?Definitely yes!!! If you want to experience a wonderful holiday by the sea, this is the right place for you and you can definitely go for it!We thank you for your attention and the wonderful accommodation in your house.We wish you good health and satisfied guests and maybe we'll see each other again for the next booking!Best regards
