When you arrive at Pension Lachmann you understand that you are in a special place. The welcome makes you feel like family and the organization is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and well arranged. The dinner was excellent and plentiful. The breakfast was very satisfying. Definitely a beautiful place to stay in Saxon Switzerland.

NEVER AGAIN! I can't understand the good reviews. Let's start with the positive, they have a nice, private parking space in front of the house. Unfortunately I can say more about the negative. Breakfast is very sporadic and the rolls were hard every morning. Scrambled eggs etc. are available, but everything costs extra. I've never experienced anything like that personally, but it's good. The shower water only sometimes becomes warm or suddenly boiling hot. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair from the previous person. Despite the sign on the door saying "Please clean", the rooms were not cleaned once. When you open the door to the room, you walk straight to the bed. And the crowning glory is the owners. Bad and VERY loud music was played until half past two in the morning, so you couldn't sleep. We then asked the operator to turn the music down a little, but he neither turned it down nor showed any insight. He got cheeky, yes. The next day we tried to contact the owner, here too there was no insight and no apology. That's how it is here, we should accept it. So sleeping = completely non-existent. Customer is king = also a complete absence. We have never experienced anything so unprofessional and unfriendly. Never again.

A week of wonderful hiking holiday, I can only recommend the Pension Lachmann. Very nice hosts, room and breakfast great.I'll definitely be back. The Königstein location is ideal for all hiking locations.It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to all the places worth seeingSee you soon and greetings from Panketal

This was the second time I went on vacation with the Lachmann family😁😊👍 and this time I have to say, thank you for everything, I had a comfortable room with a couch and coffee machine, so big so much space especially because my dog, Jack Russell, was with me was🐕👌 this time too there was nothing missing at breakfast or in the evening, every wish was fulfilled with a friendly smile 🫶. Nobody can do anything about the weather, but on Friday at the Germany game, the TV in the dining room was turned on and all the guests could watch it and eat dinner in peace ⚽🇩🇪😉. Thank you very much again for everything...stay as you are, your price-performance ratio is right, your friendliness and everything around it 🫶👌👍😊🐕.

We stayed with the family for a short hiking holiday (2 nights) in this beautiful guesthouse.Had 2 comfort rooms with a view of the garden. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Nothing was missing.The breakfast is rich. We booked half board and enjoyed the hearty home cooking in the evening. Special requests were also addressed.The guesthouse is perfect for leaving the car behind and walking to the nearby Pfaffenstein, the Quirl, the Thieves' Caves and the great view over the town of Königsstein.The house is older and therefore sometimes a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us.We were very satisfied.Kind regards
