We loved our stay at bb-Ferienhaus. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated with a lovely shower. The breakfast was amazing - literally never had as much choice of delicious options for really good value. But what really made our stay was our hosts Sebastian and Anna-Lena: friendly, knowledgeable about attractions in the area and very welcoming. We found them in their third week - we can't wait to see how they develop the bb-Ferienhaus. Would highly recommend.

The outside area is beautiful. The toilet and bathroom are not in your own apartment but can be reached via the hallway and must be shared with other guests. Otherwise, it's the little things that disrupt the perfect picture. Curtains are flying out of the rails, the crossbar on the chair is loose, coffee table corners are stuck on... etc. But otherwise well furnished and nothing is missing. The fairy lights are beautiful everywhere.

Very friendly, very clean. The breakfast was plentiful. Guests can even use a large refrigerator and microwave. The furnishings are well maintained and richly decorated, but you shouldn't expect real wood standards from star hotels.We'd love to come back.

Very friendly, nice and pleasant landlord. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. Beautiful old house with access to the river (gorgeous in summer),walking distance to the city center, various attractions and museums. Many opportunities for excursions and hikes around Sebnitz in beautiful nature. The breakfast is rich and very tasty and the price is unbeatable.All in all, highly recommended! Thank you for the great time!

Very simple from the outside, but very clean and practically furnished from the inside. It looks freshly painted and is modern. The breakfast, which only costs €6 per person, is very nice to look at and even more extensive. This breakfast would otherwise be charged double or triple. We will come again.

It's fine, everything is clean, ready for us, the apartment has all the facilities (beds, armchairs, kitchen with equipment, stove, toaster, coffee maker) in the bathroom, including shampoo and hand cream... great for me.
