Clean and well-equipped rooms. The host is super nice. We were able to safely park our bikes in the garage and even charge them. He also lent us umbrellas for the sudden heavy rain. Thank you very much for that

Very good experience. The apartment is not far from the main station and city center and very close to supermarkets. The homeowners are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean, big enough for one person but probably a bit small for two people.

I stayed in an apartment with a double bed for two nights for work. Since I often find hotels impersonal and too expensive, I prefer apartments, which usually have more space.My stay was absolutely satisfactory. The room was quiet, clean and, contrary to other reviewers' experiences, heated up quickly. The kitchenette is sufficient for a minimum, you can't cook big (I didn't plan to either, just for your information).The host family is friendly, responds quickly and also issues invoices if requested.I will come back if I ever end up here overnight.

Rented a holiday apartment there.ON THE TOPIC OF ROOMSThe room was generally not obviously dirty.But the room was far too small.You could hardly move.Just putting the suitcase on the floor blocked the path, so you had to keep moving it to the side.There would be a clothes rack in the hallway, but anyone could go there.There is no workplace for the kitchen appliances.Since you are self-catering there, there is simply not enough space for anything.The kitchen appliances are older.Since you don't sleep 2m next to the refrigerator, you should be able to cope with the noise.The door to the bathroom is a sliding door made of frosted glass, which doesn't exactly provide privacy.In general, walls, ceilings and floors are very thin, which means you can hear the landlord's television and conversations in the house even at night when you want to sleep.Visits are generally not permitted.Even if you have an "apartment", the landlords don't want that.That means no one is allowed to come over for a cup of tea or to talk or study.This is strictly taken into account.If you want a second person, then of course only if they stay there overnight and you pay extra.We did.ON THE TOPIC OF SERVICENow the topic shouldn't be very relevant since you are self-sufficient.You definitely think about whether you are alone, whether you have other visitors, how you come and go and whether you are currently sleeping...Money has to be paid in cash and there is no real invoice.Since it is a self-catering apartment and there is no reason for anyone to go into the room, it is interesting that others could be detected entering.ON THE TOPIC OF LOCATIONThe house is in the town of Straubing.It can be reached on foot in about half an hour from the train station.There is hardly any parking space on the street.There was no sign on the outside that this was where the apartments were or where you should ring the bell to register.The only stars are for location as I'm from out of town and needed a room in the city and for the room as it wasn't obviously dirty.We left early and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly gentleman, but unfortunately it doesn't bring much comfort. Very cold room - two heaters on full setting didn't really bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Very few sockets, hair in the bathroom, dishes in the small kitchen very dirty. They probably don't look at what the previous guests are doing with it. Overall, not bad, but not for the discerning guest.

We slept here only one night, but within what was offered to us, everything was in order. The rooms were neat, the kitchen as well, the bathroom, although without a door but with a curtain, clean and comfortable. …
