Very nice central apartment in Straubing. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable beds and very clean. We felt very comfortable. Everything corresponds exactly to the pictures and the description. Great contact with the landlords and uncomplicated check-in.

I was there on business and everything was exactly as you would expect. Everything is new, well furnished, clean and everything you need is there! Service is great and super nice! Check-in and check-out are super easy via the app!Very good pizzeria 100m away. So again only recommended for staying overnight 💪🏽

Really everything was great. The room is very nice and stylish. Everything you need is there. Dishwasher, kettle, large TV, fridge with freezer compartment, comfortable bed, nice bathroom etc. even extras such as coffee machine with pads, washing machine and a spacious balcony. There was still enough space for 4 of us (with kids). Check in and check out is great, if something doesn't work out, the phone number and contact are right next to it. The location in the big city is also quiet and idyllic. Have a great time again. Thank you

We had a two-room apartment, perfect for a family of 4 with a small child.The location is good, although not central and there is still some final construction work being carried out (at least regarding the property), but there is a bakery nearby and within easy walking distance. You can get there very easily by car, and there are also plenty of parking spaces directly at the house and nearby. The apartment is spartan but still stylishly equipped with everything you need, there is even a capsule coffee machine and enough capsules and tea bags.Checking in (without staff) took some getting used to, but it worked. Same thing when checking out, I even had to make a quick phone call because I no longer had the PIN, but it worked well. It'll definitely be faster next time :)Gladly again!

An extraordinary, stylish, comfortable and very chic, very clean accommodation, with a huge balcony where the sun shines all day and which is perfect for grilling and relaxing. A grill is available. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, toaster, etc.). The shower and toilet areas are separate from each other. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, which is very spacious. In the accommodation, emphasis was placed on sustainable building materials. The accommodation is relatively centrally located, so it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center by car and between 20 - 30 minutes on foot. Smaller shops are in the immediate vicinity.

I met up with friends at the weekend in January 2024 in the newly opened apartment hotel to see Straubing and the surrounding area and to spend time together in a sociable atmosphere. The facility is brand new and very high quality equipped and furnished. I find the style to be puristic and harmonious. The parking lot and garden area around the building were not quite finished yet and will certainly be very beautiful. The completely digital check-in and out system took some getting used to for me, but it has worked well so far and will probably keep coming. We booked directly through the dreamcation Apartments Straubing website. If you had any questions, the host Patrick could be reached very quickly via chat or by phone! There is no reception on site! The small penthouse with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the quiet neighborhood was also very pleasant for us. There may still be a few little things missing in the kitchen, but we had a great time together and felt very comfortable! So we can recommend this new system with a clear conscience.

Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished, but equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, Weber grill and much more). Very quiet location, bakery within walking distance, Edeka and city center about 5 minutes' drive away. We'd love to come back!

Very nice, new apartment, very friendly landlord. Car has its own parking space in the carport.
