The location was unbeatable as it is far enough from Cochem's noise and crowd, but with a short bus ride. It is also the best in Ernst as it has great view on all sides. The hotel also provided us with a free ticket for local transport that was a nice touch! The room was clean and very comfortable with decent size. The dinner menu changes every day and had the best food. After trying several places in the area we concluded the best meals we had were in the hotel and we would definitely stay all dinners there though the closing time was rather early for us, the hotel is quite flexible with its guests. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel and the staff were all very nice and accommodating.The breakfast could have more vegetable based products e.g., yoghurt, milk, etc., but that was not a huge deal for us.

The hotel is beautifully located, directly on the Moselle at the front and directly on the vineyard at the rear. Free parking right in front of the hotel.A few km from Cochem (you can even walk, very nice).The welcome was very warm and friendly. Sat in a room at the front with a view of the Moselle and a balcony.Good bed, good bathroom with walk-in shower, everything available.You noticed in everything that it is a family hotel with a heart for the customer.We had breakfast included, a large breakfast, several sandwiches, meats and cheese of both 5 types. In short, a large, good breakfast.We also had dinner at the hotel, which was also well catered for. Choice of main courses and starter and dessert, basically the same for everyone, which was very tasty. Drinks menu extensive and good.We had received bus tickets for free, we also took the bus to Cochem, bus every half hour.We have thought about it and unfortunately have no suggestion for what could be improved. Keep it up!Thank you Andre family

Room OK. A disadvantage when the bathroom is used at night is that it is illuminated by the glass paneling in the room. This woke my partner up. Maybe this would be better with a smaller light element. Dinner was sufficient, but in contrast to the previous year, it was thicker.Otherwise everything was fine. THANKSWe'll definitely be back.

Cleanliness, service, attention and friendliness were in need of improvement during our vacation. Not all services that were promised were offered. Despite the additional topper provided, the mattresses were too hard for us, so we didn't sleep well. We found the room to be very small. A bit noisy towards the street. We had different expectations for the high price. We would describe breakfast as average.

We stayed at Filla Andre again at short notice for 3 nights. We received a very friendly welcome despite our late arrival.The room was very nice, with a view and a small balcony towards the Moselle. The space is sufficient, there are chairs in the room and on the balcony. Nan has an indirect light from the bathroom in the room which creates a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately our bed squeaked every time we turned. We took advantage of the half board offered and didn't regret it. The food was all very good and plentiful. The boss/cook always comes to the table and asks if everything was OK, which is very rare these days. I think this is a very nice gesture towards his employees and his guests. If there are any deficiencies, you can tell the boss directly. The service and reception staff and cleaning staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Keep it up!The location is ideal for excursions, you can quickly go hiking in the vineyards, the excursion boats stop in Ernst not far from the hotel, the bike path is right next to the hotel (there is also a locked bike garage) and when the weather is nice there is the terrace and garden a great place to stay.

It was a really great small-scale hotel (22 rooms) with fantastic rooms, in our case with a balcony and a view of the Moselle. Nice people and good food, highly recommended.

We have been there, had reserved for 10 days, we have been going there for 10 years, due to a misunderstanding on their part, they kicked us out like a dog, we will never go there again, it is scandalous, never experienced it before.
