The staff truly make this hotel. Mr Ramadan is a gem - so attentive, polite and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and pristinely cleaned every day, however the decor could use a bit of an update for a 5 star hotel. The lobby and foyer area felt a little quiet - could do with some soft music to fill the silence perhaps?

Excellent Comfortable room. Great location. Great breakfast and service at restaurant. Clean room good staff. That’s all I have but trip advisor wants the review to have more words. Here are more words. Still wants 30 more characters. Lovely hotel.

Genuinely not sure why people wouldn’t rate this at least a 4 star, for my wife and I on our honeymoon, automatic 5 star. First off, if you’re traveling anywhere in Europe and you want to rot in a nice hotel, you’re either in later stages of life or lazy. Get out there and go see the world, and The Courthouse Hotel gives you easy access to all of London. Titch, our receptionist who checked us in, was extremely welcoming and informative. The room was exactly what we needed to sleep in and a great home base to explore. Highly recommend staying here and if we’re back in London theres a very high chance we return to the Courthouse hotel.

Had the most wonderful afternoon tea experience with my sister at Soho Wala. We was served by Mr Ramadan and he was so so lovely, so attentive and made sure we captured our memories. He was so nice from the minute we walked in and really made the experience comfortable! Very nice afternoon! Highly recommend

I stayed at the Courthouse hotel a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. I was concerned about the mixed reviews but my experience staying here was very positive. The staff was incredibly attentive, the location (soho) cannot be beat, it was clean and safe, reasonably priced, and the bed was so comfortable. Our room was also very quiet for being so close to busy streets. The lobby décor is dated and the elevator could use some upkeep but as I mentioned everything seemed super clean and to me, that’s the most important. Our room was spacious, and it looked like the bathroom had been redone fairly recently. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location following a show at the London Palladium 👌Room was comfy but bathroom looking a bit tired - cracked tiles and sink.We were right next to the rooftop bar, ideal for a drink before bed we thought. There seemed to be a private party going on though and nobody was serving - so we went to the downstairs bar which again was a private party but at least someone told us and offered to bring us a drink to the lobby. When we did go to bed, the rooftop bar group seemed to have had a great night and took a drinks trolley for a very loud ride in the corridor straight into a wall.Staff clearing up afterwards weren't fussed about being quiet while people were trying to sleep either with full volume conversation about the cameras in the corridor and rubbish bags being dragged out and dropped against our door while they went back for more.Great location but don't expect 5 star hotel standards

Wouldn't stay again.Pool was freezing cold, 1 of 2 lifts broken, the lift has seen better days, buttons missing, the hotel looks dated and generally beaten.Staff were uninformative upon arrival, had to workout or ask where things were, e.g pool, breakfast, lift.Breakfast was good, location spot on.For the price though, I'd expect better!

Received their afternoon tea as a virgin experience. Came with a glass of Champaign and was extremely tasty. The food itself was the perfect size, sandwiches nice and chunk, scones were fresh and sweet treats were nice and light. Overall would come againSpecial mention to our waiter Ramadan. Was superb.

Wonderful place to stay. Right in the heart of Soho, right by the shops, short walk to the westend. Staff were super friendly at the hotel. We were promised an upgrade/surprise, which we didn't receive but this would not discourage me from staying again.
