Excellent stay here. Nigel is very helpful and friendly. Site was very neat and tidy and showers and toilets always clean. The beach is about 2 minutes away one way and shop couple of minutes away in other direction. …

We recently stayed at this site, and at first glance it looks lovely, basic site, grass pitches, ehu, just what we like. I had emailed the site prior to our visit to amend our booking as our daughter and dog could no longer accompany us. …

A great campsite with a superb location. The plots were well spaced out. Facilities were good and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A little more expensive than other campsites but you are paying for the location, right on the beach.

stayed here over the weekend with my partner and loved it.i found the showers/toilets to be very clean.there are two blocks an inside one and outside one where toilets and showers are in a line. The water was warm and pressure was goodthe lights are on a timer.the shower drains didn’t seem to work and would overflow out and under the door so be mindful of where you leave clothes/towelsthe site had campfire tins which we loved.it says that the local pub is a 10 minute walk however google maps say 22 minutes and that’s what it took us.very close walk to the beach i’d recommend coming when the tide is in though if you would like to swim.all in all a great campsite and very friendly service 10/10 would recommend :)

It’s advertised as basic. We don’t mind basic but this was dirty. The toilets weren’t cleaned in the four days we were there. They’re full of spiders and stank and you got an unpleasant surprise 4 out of 5 times when you lifted the lid on the toilet. The bins were constantly over full and there’s junk piled up all over the place.I think you are overcharging for what it is. We paid £66 per night which is excessive considering the facilities.Showers were either scalding or freezing. The sinks are outside and there’s little to no hot water on only one of the sinks, the rest are cold with hot taps that aren’t even connected. You charge for dogs and there are zero facilities for dogs - so basically that’s just a tax without justification. It’s near the beach - it’s not a great beach, the notice board advised people not to swim due to pollution and when the tide goes out it’s basically mud, so not the best location either. You do get good sunsets as it’s one of the only places in East Anglia with a western aspect, that’s the only good thing I can say at the moment. It could be a nice site. You just need to tidy up and give it a regular clean. You need to consider dropping your prices if you want to enjoy longevity.

Location, location, location. 300 yards from a beautiful beach which lacks the crowds of many better known locations. The facilities here are perfectly good. Personally I don’t like things too manicured. It makes me feel like I might be told off for doing something wrong. This place is meant to be relaxed where people get along. Loads of cool places are nearby by car and the buses are excellent. Footpaths nearby are great to get you to Hunstanton if you like a little more activity for the kids. Good place for dogs too.

Just an overnight stay for us. Nigel was super helpful and talked us through everything we needed to know and made us feel welcomed. The site is brilliantly positioned for the beach, and shops are not too far away. …
