Wow what an experience never been to Devon before and definitely will be back again. This has been a fantastic weekend, I’m dubious about new things first time camping I loved every minute. After a long drive I didn’t know what to expect it was worth the wait. The owners are friendly very courteous. They sorted out accommodation. We stated in a pod it was wonderful. It’s a nice alternative to hotels. I sang, I drank I was merry the whole weekend. Thanking you. Definitely will be back for sure

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in 'forest glamp' as a family of 5. The facilities were fantastic. The children loved to the woodland walk, fairy glen, hammocks and the puppets and dentist chair in the communal area which lead to many fantastic stories! We loved the tranquility, very well equipped bus with everything we could need and seeing the children's imaginations come alive. We enjoyed visits to Dingles Fairground museum, Okehampton Castle and Lynford Gorge

I will preface this review by saying they that they offered us a full refund without any trouble, but I think the whole point of review sites is for people to know what to expect. …

Hideaway camping went beyond my expectations! The jungle bus was a pure delight- especially for our 6 year old who enjoyed every second, it was like sleeping/living in a imaginative play area. We went on many 'adventures' with bus driver Logan - even to space. We were 'lucky' as it rain all day on our full day which gave us the prefect excuse to stay, play and explore. The facilities were prefect, including a family room filled with toys, books, things to buy and additional amenities. I will be taking advantage of a massage on our next visit. The camp fire under the stars was magical and so much space we felt we were in prefect solitude.A very children friendly campsite with a little play park and pet pigs to feed.Thank you Jenny and Amy for your hospitality, welcoming friendly approach and making sure we were settled relaxed and giving us the opportunity to recharge.

Liked: This was a fantastic place to stay. It was quirky, fun and with so much attention to detail. We have 4 kids aged between 6 and 15 and it suited everyone. There was also a cabin with toys and games to keep the kids entertained.

Unbelievable weekend at Hideaway camping for StackUp Campout.I visited Hideaway camping with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 10). Being from London it was a pleasure to be in the countryside with the family for 4 nights. We stayed in one of the igloo's and which had a double bunk bed, stove, heater and electricity again next year!powered by solar energy. The shared shower and washing facilities were clean and accessible.Bed was very comfortable and cosy. The cooking facilities were easy to use.The grounds are great for exploring. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.Overall, it was a perfect stay and we will be back again next year.Thank you for all the hospitality and giving us the best weekend. ♥️💛💚
