I stayed at this hotel and met up with a lots of friends. We used this hotel as a base. We were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly and helpful for the whole of our stay. I would definitely stay again. …

Not sure where to start from. Well squeeky floors all over, smells like a care home inside the room. The air-con smells horrible once put on. Very old and tatty and needs a very good refurbishment, no remote control for TV and one towel for two people. Staff are helpful but this review is clearly only about the place it self. Put into consideration its quiet far from the centre so please try and book something central to save yourself time.

The staff serving in the restaurant and bar in the evening were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. |The evening meals in the restaurant were hot and tasty. Best meals ever in a Premier Inn. …

Tia and Fern were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely go back. Room was clean and tidy and had no issues. |Big shout out to Tia and Fern, you were great!! |Shame the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment but we did know this when we booked.

Somewhat disappointing compared to previous visits. The room smelt musty, especially in the bathroom. Left the bathroom fan on for a while, which helped. Room was quiet. Restaurant is being refurbished, so no breakfast available. By email was promised, by way of compensation, that coffee and free pastries would be available free of charge in the morning. The coffee machine broke down, and no pastries were offered. Not good.

Standard, roomy and comfy rooms. No food as the restaurant is being revamped. I have to give a MASSIVE shout out to Amira, Fern and Tia. They are worth their literal weight in gold. …

Stayed here 1 night to go to a concert. The rooms are nice enough. Everyone was friendly at the hotel, check in was a bit slow, and the kiosk broke for checking in. It'd close enough to the city centre but there wasn't really anything nearby. We wanted to go to a shop but had to walk through a flooded tunnel to get there, so I just headed back to the hotel. Restaurant and bar were closed for a returb so can't comment on bar or food. Overall I was happy.

We stated at this dated Premier Inn on Richard Street, Aston, Birmingham for 2 nights. This Premier Inn is located opposite a dual carriageway, we chose it as it was in close proximity to the Majestic Banqueting Suite we were in town to attend a Walima ceremony of a family friend. The hotel rooms needs a complete renovation. The room we stayed in, although clean, indicated it was an old hotel, as it was dated in comparison to a new Premier Inn hotel we stayed in last month in Manchester Central. The staff at reception were welcoming and this hotel is about 35 - 40 minutes walk from Birmingham City centre. The restaurant was closed as it was being renovated so we shopped at a close independent business for breakfast which was a 15 minute walk.

The hotel restaurant is closed for refurbishment, as is the bar. The vending machine is out of order. Breakfast, we are told, will be 'pastries'. …
