Zero stars across the board, only the sheets were clean in our room, everything else was covered in a layer of dust and old stains. Light fixture was covered in cobwebs.The bathroom also had not been cleaned as hair and general dust was gathered all over.I had to request more toilet paper, and instead of replacing it themself, staff indicated where to find it in a living room that is a private lodging for said staff? So I had to do that at 3am, plus I requested a hairdryer and after being told via text that this had been sorted, I asked repeatedly for it to the staff member directly to finally have him saying the hairdryer was in another room, so he couldn't help me with that.The door pad to our room had low batteries and I was stuck outside of my room at 3am for about 10 minutes with several attempts to enter. After contacting the member of staff about it, he came and claimed the charge will last for another 2-3 weeks. Surely having to try 6+ times to enter because of low batteries is not considered fully charged.I requested a refund and they refused, citing company policy and not even acknowledging the uncleanliness.Do not book and waste your money.

This was disgusting place. We was given a room with 2 single beds which I asked for double bed. The room smelt bad. The carpet was dirty. Had to share bathroom. We left soon as manager went out. As we could not stay in that room.from outside it looked like a prison. And they got the hotel on 316 for a night how can they charge that. I advise no one to stay there. Worst hotel around

I see everyone has been paying around £40. Well, we paid £70. Rough area, rubbish on the front, all the DIY looked rushed and incomplete inside. Odd smell. Not impressed. Lady seemed nice, but her boss didn't, as he made her ask us for an extra £20 as we got there earlier than the check in time. Oh, and there was no TV or kettle as promised. The bed was comfy though.

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.Booked a room at this hotel on booking.com. I arrived to the location and after ringing the door bell 3 times eventually a woman opened the door who was quite pleasant she asked for my name and scuttled off, me left in the hallway of a quite small corridor expecting her to get me a key to my room. To my surprise a man came out, with his headphones in and from the first word he spoke was very rude. He said that the room was not available and kept repeatedly saying Condescendingly “it is not my fault, or my problem” and persisted to say that he tried ringing me which there was no evidence he could show me after I showed him I had no missed calls. I had also received a message from the site not 30 minutes before asking what time I’m checking in to the room which clearly did not fit the narrative. The owners should really consider changing the name to the “not so pleasant house”

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL!If I could add zero starts I would. This is a chain hotel and not only is the management bad but the hygiene is non existent. Mould, dirt, broken appliances, dangling electrics, flies on bed, thin walls, carpeted corridor smells like urine, towels on the floor behind the makeshift reception and then to top it off we were moved to their other hotel which is included in this branch of OYO hotels and there was feaces on the bedding from the previous guests (so clearly not changed)!

Disappointed. We booked 2 rooms online but when we arrived, they told us they couldn't provide the booked rooms. Instead, they offered an upgrade to a bigger room for an extra £10. Although the room was bigger, it couldn't accommodate all 5 of us, so we refused the offer. Eventually, they gave us both the bigger room and the originally booked one. One of the rooms was very smelly, and the hallway to the common bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. None of the cutlery, refrigerator, or other amenities were clean enough. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Told to arive at 9pm which we did , only as Ramadan there was no one there 25 min later he turns up, not really a problem, then puts my work colleague i n a room which to use the bathroom he has to walk through his family space a kid u not …

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed in!!! There was bloody sheets in my room and the staff were completely unfazed! There was hairs everywhere, dust, it was absolutely filthy. I would seriously stay away from this place at all costs. Furthermore when I brought the issue up to them they were rude to me and did not want to fix it at all. The worst Cusotmer service I have ever experienced. How can they leave bloody sheets and have no shame? These rooms are literally not cleaned at all. They even left us with dirty towels.

Nice and beautiful place, Looks like newly refurbished, Very good taste , Nicely done bathrooms, And close to city centre can’t ask for more. Highly recommended as Reasonable price
