Stayed here on a Saturday night so paid a premium, for a Travelodge I thought it really expensive. We asked for a quiet room and the check in staff moved us without any question. …

Lexi Made our Holiday||we needed to check in a little early and we were so worried we wouldn’t be able to, but Lexi let us in 20 minutes before we were meant to, and her whole demeanour alleviated our stress and let us settle into holiday …

The service was awful especially when in came to checking in. The restaurant was fine very small but satisfactory. My parents checked in for us as I knew I was arriving late. …

Well located. Own car park . Cost £8.50 overnight (June 2024). Easy to check in. Friendly & helpful staff. There is a bar & restaurant, I didn't use it though so can't comment other than it looked all good.My room was on the top floor. The lift was a bit clunky on the way up. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a really good sleep. There was a little noise from the nearby train station but it wasn't excessive. All in all a good stay. I would stay there again!

Do not book at this place!!!!The staff was fantastic. But unfortunately, the state of the hotel was like homeless shelter. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did check the reviews before you booking this hotel. see the pictures that I have a attached.I checked in 17th of August and checked out on the 19th of August 2024 on room 605 and I’ve got charged £328.98.I will never ever return back to this place again, never. There was nothing in the bathroom, a simple thing such as shampoo. On the website, I was told that there was a free parking on a site and when I arrived, I was told that the parking is not free. However one of the staff sort out my parking when I explain the situation which I really appreciate it.Look at the pictures and see how dirty the carpet of the room was. Outside the room, even worse.Very disappointed.

At a budget hotel, there isn't lots of staff, so the quality of staff makes a huge difference - John on reception was amazing, even guiding us to park our car, and the gentleman making breakfast was super friendly and helpful - huge smile!! Overall the hotel was clean, well presented and great value. We will return.

A nice and clean hotel, 20 minutes walking from the railway station and to the center of Brighton. Very good quality for price, and rich breakfast. Room large, beds confortable, bathroom small but OK.

I came here for Brighton Pride with a group of mates and I personally have only been coming for a couple of years, but I will say that the staff are amazing over such a busy period.Getting there on the Friday the staff were nice and quick and really helpped out getting us into our rooms quickly and it felt really welcoming. Througout the weeked at least five times I had to go down because for some reason our keycard kept cutting out and wouldn't work on our room door. But our receptionist was really helpful and everytime I went down to fix was really patient, because I suspect it was probably our fault...The rooms were nice, maybe a little cramped for the three of us with all out stuff, but what can you expect when we were taking so much stuff with us for the event. Some people might say that this place is a little far away from the beach and the pier, but it was perfect for pride as it was across from the park. And the extra time from the water wasn't so much of a bad thing as it meant that we got fresh air.

I usually stay in a Travelodge if possible , it was my first stay here which was great less seagull squawks than the seafront one . Room was clean and tidy and well aired . The lifts could do with a good clean and the outside could as well . But overall great .
