The room and hotel was clean amd the bed was comfy, however this is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The bathroom light switch was on the wall at the entrance to the room - nowhere near the bathroom, the shower was falling off the wall - looked like someone had tried to fix it with No More Nails glue, the whole window frame was nearly falling out amd has to help ourselves to toilet roll as there was never anyone in the reception area, amd no fresh towels over a period of 4 days

Arrived to be allowed an early check in, catered for my grans accessibility needs, no breakfast however you can eat at the buffet breakfast next door although this didnt matter to us as there is always enough places to eat out. We was always asked if we needed extra supplies toiletries, refreshment top ups. Cleaner was very helpful and always spoke when passing. Owner if needed could be contacted on mobile or when in the hotel, always tried to rectify issues if any. A super welcome was made, rooms are clean and hotel is fairly quiet. Hotel is located in a good spot for access to the square, town or coral island. Last night we had a little leak in our room due to no fault of the owner just down to very heavy rain. Owner is fairly new to this hotel so given time I feel the hotel will be of good quality. Thank you Albany.

Stopped here for 3 days, room was clean, beds was comfy, owner catered for my mum's disability needs , (COPD) and made sure we had a ground floor room, owners very friendly and if not in reception all you have to do is ring the bell and they answer straight away perfect location not too far away from city center and beach, I come here every year, highly recommend this place well worth the price you pay.

Looked promising on the outside and gives Under the Sea vibes (I'm a Sebastian stan myself). As for reception, looked well organised with the fish tank under the table. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists looking for any entertainment around the area.As for the room itself, it was humid (even with the window open) and the bed was rough to sleep on at night. In addition to that, the toilet had no lock on the door, which is kind of sus when you think about it.The main attraction of the room was the TV, since it worked well, but the cable can be seen as it was exposed from the hole in the ceiling in the corner. The WIFI was like my marriage, very inconsistent and had a weak connection similar to my ex wife.Tenants that were staying above us were noisy, which is a bruh moment. In conclusion, the location is great, but rooms were mediocre and no lock for the toilet is very sus.

Disgusting. Dirty. Looks great from outside. Inside dirty. In the end we went up the road to the Albert? We had a great time in the Albert Hotel and great breakfast. For health reasons give the Albany a miss it needs closing down.
