Really surprised how good this was. Just needed a convenient overnight stop. Room was everything we wanted, spacious, clean and comfortable including the pillows. Meal deal was good value and menu was fine. Breakfast was as good as anywhere we have been. Marked service down a star because they were very busy so we had to wait at times but staff were excellent and a little bit of waiting is fair enough for low prices.

Very clean room in an excellent spot. We were in a family room and there were two extra beds which made things a lot easy for us. The location of the hotel is the best, right outside the old street bus stop and station. There is a convenience store within a few minutes walk and lots of places for food in the area. Just across the old street station is Greggs for budget friendly food options. Decent hotel in a very decent location.

Exceeded my expectations. V good room and facilities. Warm welcome and comfortable bed. A very central area of London and close to the tube, restaurants, etc. Self checkout was smooth for early morning departure. Would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

Great location. Did not see any staff around when we checked in,which we thought was odd. Room clean but only one teabag and remote control wasn't working. Not the best premier inn I've stayed in, but good for the location and price.

Premier Inns are my go to for hotels because you usually know what you're getting, but after stopping at Old Street I now need to question that.We booked a twin room but ended up with a "quad".. what this meant was a double bed which was no good for us. There was a sofa in the room but it wasn't done up as a bed and there were no extra blankets available. We went down to reception to ask for a blanket and an extra towel (there was also only one towel in our "quad" room from our "twin" booking). Given Premier Inn seems to hire more security guards than customer service people in this neck of the woods the guy didn't seem that interested in helping us at all, he said the best he could do was a towel. (Did he think I was going to sleep under the towel?)We found another lady who eventually came over to the desk, she seemed interested in helping but also seemed very confused that we could possibly need enough blankets for 2 people in our twin booking and seemed to question why the double bed wasn't sufficient. Eventually she said it would be sorted and thankfully it was when we got back (the bed, still only one towel sadly but another trip to reception solved that)The room was absolutely freezing, we had to crank the Aircon to the max to get it to what my phone said was 17c. The next night we came back in and the AC was back on low and my phone read 10c.Tea and coffee was not replenished so we had 2 instant coffees to last two people multiple nightsIn summary, worst premier inn I've used with reluctant staff. I never expect premier inns to be anything special, but this one was really below the bar

It's the usual Premier Inn format. You know what you are going to get. It's a great location if you want to stay in Shoreditch. Just a short walk from Old Street tube station. Northern line but just one stop from the Elizabeth Line station at Liverpool Street. It's really good if you are going to use a cab. Many of the main roads nearby are red routes so cabs can't stop. If you use the Corsham Street address the cab will come to a quiet street at the side of the hotel where you can get in and out of the cab without having to contend with busy traffic.

Usual Premier inn standard, room clean and comfortable, breakfast very good although sausages were not brilliant. Check in quick using the self scanner, but check out was slower as we had left a bag and had to wait for several people to be dealt with before we could get it back.

Good location, close to Bank Station. Usual Premier Inn consistency in terms of rooms. Very busy restaurant for breakfast. Coffee machine ran cold, would have been helpful to put a notice to tell people and redirect to the upstairs one. Otherwise efficient service dealing with a full hotel. Would happily re-book.

We needed a hotel near Moorfields for just one night. We were pleasantly surprised. The price was fairly reasonable given the location and the room and service were excellent. We opted for the evening meal and breakfast option and both were delicious and exceeded our expectations. We would certainly stay again.
