Me and my partner stayed here 3 nights - other than parking this place is filthy dark and awful. There were no curtains except net in the first room we were given (room33) complained before even got the luggage in. Got moved to room 10 there was no plug sockets only once at the top of the bathroom door rest had been ripped off ! Room was dark and stunk of sewer - got told off and blocked in because parked round the back in a parking space. Lift was out of order one of the nights.shower didn’t work unless switched on in the bedroom. All door are coded no keys and no staff. Avoid this hotel.

Thought we would give this place a second chance due to the free parking and location. We wished we hadn’t . We were firstly put into room 38 which we soon discovered that when we flushed the toilet the bathroom floor filled up with toilet water . The curtains had what looked like poo stains on them , the shower curtain was an actual bedroom curtain not water proof at all . Dirty sock covering fire alarm also .Anyways when we called the number given to us we was told someone was coming to fix the leak and they did not have any other rooms to move us to . A family member came to look at the leak , not a professional plumber and the water got faster and he called the owner and said the guests can not stay here . With that we was moved to room 16 .On first glance the room looked much better and we thought that’s great , BUT the bed was rock hard on one side and soft and sloped on the other side , like they had literally stuck two mattresses together . The window had bird droppings on it , safety catch was broken. Shower curtain again was bedroom curtain . In between the bathroom tiles was full of so dirt so was the floor . Again no shower curtain but a bedroom curtain . TV didn’t work for more then 5 minutes , no mirror , no cups and one plug for fridge , microwave and kettle . The list goes on it’s honestly VILE and I would say not safe for families or single women staying there alone as outside was a constant stream of men hoovering. Also the other side of the hotel has smashed windows and pigeons flying in and out .Do waste your money

Definitely a budget option. Paid 40ish pound for a double sea front room with sea view and free parking.. can’t really go wrong. Tired rooms and beds are definitely used but for what you pay can’t really complain. Room was clean ohh and the shower was in a cupboard…. Which was new…. Location is perfect too..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.NO BAR. NO RECEPTION. NO FOOD AVAILABLE.Booked a weekend getaway for a birthday, hoping for a nice break...Firstly, they have stolen the description from the hotel next door lmao.Nobody to be seen when you arrive. You basically have to wait for someone staying there to come out so they can let you in. Then you have to wait for the woman to appear so she can shout at you that she already sent you your combination codes (no keys in this place!). When you receive your confusing text, you will soon realise that you have a bed in a room with a microwave, kettle (one teabag, no milk) and if you are lucky - a toilet. If not, that's another combination you have to remember as your shared toilet will be out in the corridor. Don't forget to write it down or take your phone with you at 3am!! Nobody around to help you 🙃There is nowhere to buy or consume food on the premises. No reception area either, but you loiter in the hopes the angry woman will come back (at some point??) Saw another guest bringing in his own milk and toilet roll so I assume that it isn't provided either. In addition to all of this, the level of noise consisting of screaming, shouting, god knows what else occurring ALL night is enough to make you want to leave after the first night. Definitely won't be returning. Just counting this as a loss. Need a seaside holiday to recuperate from this 🤣

From the images we looked at online we thought this hotel was great, rooms looked clean and tidy etc, sadly when we stayed it was a different story. The beds had extremely high amounts of dust which made me and my partners throat and eyes very irritated in the mornings which resulted in coughing, the toilet had a pipe problem so stank out the room with a awful smell, the wallpaper was peeling off, the carpet had tonnes of dust too, the furniture was either broken or cracked, the curtains let in all the light, no room service I had to clean out the bins and buy more toilet rolls, and outside our room there was a leak ,the wallpaper was wet and it was dripping on the floor, wardrobe door missing, draws wouldn’t close fully, we got told the breakfast was cancelled only a day before because of bad weather and management kept getting things wrong like they thought we were staying two nights but we were staying for three and then we rang again and they asked the same thing, so all in all I would definitely not stay again ever it is the worst Hotel experience we have ever had.

Booked to stay for two nights as a single woman, felt a bit risky on my own as I think the rooms are let to working immigrants mainly male. It is very cheap though so should have realised. Found myself somewhere nicer to stay for the two nights I needed.

They double booked my room and then refused to refund me.Absolutely awful hotel as well.I mean dreadfulFull of DSS and immigrantsA broken window greets you on arrival.A 24 hour reception actually means a door that is open as there is grill on the reception.2 hours of ringing the emergency numbers got me no where. The fact they won't refund there own mistake tells you all you need to know.AvoidAvoidAvoid
