Excellent - greeted very well and booked in no problems. Room clean and great for a couple of nights stay. All of the staff were helpful and accommodating. Staff at breakfast (lady with shoulder length dark hair)absolutely great. …

Clean, spacious room plenty of hot water for shower/bath. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good value (kids eat free). Usual good standard for Premier Inn. I was concerned when I saw some of the reviews but I needn’t have been. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

The corridor and rooms on the first floor smelt awful , the hotel is dated and tired in parts. ||The lift didn’t work for 50% of our 4 days stay. The rooms needs a full refurb or at least carpet and upholstery cleaning. …

Dirty carpets, room is dated with exposed vents and no finishing touches and needs renovation- room quite loud. Lots of work people around. Cheeky £10 early check in fee when I was told by staff to come back in an hour with no heads up about it. Staff were helpful and friendly and it’s in a good location. Breakfast was ok.

We had a few issues during our four night stay, we had a front facing room, which I’d say was okay for one night but four sleepless nights due to road noise isn’t acceptable. After the first night we asked to move to the rear of the building, staff were helpful and accommodating, we were on the third floor and water pressure for the shower wasn’t great. Both rooms we occupied were tired, with visible damage in areas, mould to bath sealant, scale to taps, broken pelmet above window, to note a few of the defects. The lifts were constantly out of order during our stay, something to do with the security screen when calling the lift, staff had to go up to the floor lifts were on and ride them down which was time consuming for guests and no doubt tiring for reception staff.Location is good, 10 minutes to London bridge, five minutes to tower bridge. We didn’t use any of the on site facilities but plenty did. I had a Goldilocks moments the firm pillows to hard the soft far too soft, but at least you get a choice, bed was comfy

Poor service left us disappointed.||Gormless inattentive staff with a couldn’t care less attitude.||Couldn’t pay for advertised early 11am check in||Premier plus room - not worth the extra. …

Had my reservations about staying here given recent reviews but my experience was excellent. It's a 10 minute or so walk from Tower Bridge. There is an abundance of pubs and bars and restaurants the closer you get to that area. There is a very frequent bus service down Tower Bridge road also. With luggage etc it is quite a trek from the nearest tube but as we were only there for one night we only had a backpack.Checked in just after 3. No massive issue. One member of staff on the desk one handling luggage collections for people who had checked out prior but left bags to store. The hotel is over four floors and has a choice of three lifts. We were on the first floor, and our room was on the main road. The room was exactly as expected from a premier inn. Huge comfy bed. Decent bed for the child. Could have done with more tea and milk in the room. Teabags and sugar were available at reception but there was no milk when I went for some and the receptionist was busy on the phone. The bath was huge! I'm not exactly slim or short and it was great size for me. For the kid it felt like a swimming pool. Filled quickly and shower was also powerful. One downside which we knew of before booking, was no bar or restaurant. This would have been handy given we had been walking all day and had to go out in the evening to walk to somewhere for food but not a deal breaker. It'll be good once finished!Only really lost marks for the absence of supplies in the room..... and the fact they were drilling on the ground floor at 830am which would have woken us up had we not been stirring already.

Great location, 5 mins walk from london tower bridge, we have been in london before so doing the touristy stuff wasn't the focus, but it was good to see them anyway. We got the room with breakfast included and it was great. Fairly standard breakfast. Good options tho, free coffee machine was the highlight of it, the staff in the breakfast were VERY helpful. Priya in specific was always very attentive and took good care of us! We even have our own table, she’d sit us at the same table everyday and check how we were doing! That kinda of service made a whole difference. We asked for the room to be done/cleaned on the third day of stay however they barely threw the bed together, they didn’t change the bed sheets, or organise the room even after we asked in the reception and put the signal flagging the room needed attention. A bit disappointed by that.

Location is good, that’s about it, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in person, HALF is just builders and debris lack of customer service, staff that look like they don’t want to be there no working toilets no working elevators no working key cards entire hotel is filthy, main door doesn’t open correctly on to the road, was told by staff to use someone’s hotel room as a public toilet as the normal ones are out of order, left on the spot, they refused a refund and handed me a card for guest relations, Hotel needs to be shutdown and re-evaluated ASAP, health and safety as well as hygiene is nowhere near standard. Now moved to Tower Bridge Hotel, best customer service highly recommend.

You have a system that we need to ask when we want our room to be cleaned. We have followed this system and make sure to ask at the reception, but still the room was not cleaned. …
