Loved it loved it loved it. I could have really stayed in the hotel my entire stay. The restaurant was great. Staff in there were amazing especially Donnie. Concierge was helpful. Front desk was pleasant enough. Double charged the deposit and then had to speak with a manager to get it removed (staff kept saying the hold will release when we leave - ummm needed my money now). But eventually it worked out. Without that little glitch it was a perfect stay. 100% recommend.

Very nice hotel covering all the basics. Clean, friendly staff, good AC, and updated bathrooms. Would recommend. ||Of special note, Hati in the executive lounge made our daily breakfast extra special and started the day off perfectly. …

This was my first ever job, in 2014, cleaning rooms at this hotel. You have approximately 8 minutes to clean 1 room, regardless the dirt and what you have to change or not. The management will treat you like rubbish and many times they will force you to stay over the time at no pay or cut your lunch break. Modern slavery at its finest.Oh and I’ll never stay there as a guest knowing how some of the girls were seeking revenge by contaminating face towels and bed sheets.

Stayed one night on business. Very good hotel conveniently situated for London Bridge station. Quiet and comfy rooms. Nice staff, good breakfast. Downsides: room was freezing despite adjusting aircon to 23C and poor location of plugs and mirror meant it’s almost impossible for a right-handed person to use a hairdryer effectively

Great hotel & location.HOWEVER... If you are a Diamond Member and using points BEWARE!I was charged for my room for both nights of my stay despite the points being used on my account. When I raised this with the hotel they were not particularly apologetic. They just said they'd raised the refunds. Then, because they were both sent, for the same amount, at pretty much the same time, that caused a flag on my credit card company's end and they had rejected one of the two payments. So, 9 months later, I'm still waiting on half my money.I fully acknowledge that the timescale is not the hotel's fault. However, the initial screw up was not mine or my card providers fault. I didn't really get anything for my trouble - remember I was charged £1200... 3 days before Christmas! What a nice surprise that was on my credit card account.

Great location for walking to the tower bridge and the train station is across the street. We are diamond members and this Hotel has a great executive lounge. The evening happy hour could have been a dinner with the curry chicken, mushroom raviolis, and many finger foods with full bar. The Executive lounge has its own rooftop area with amazing views. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but not too small. The bathroom had a tub and separate shower. I would recommend this Hilton.

The level of service I received at Hilton London Tower Bridge was EXCEPTIONAL.I would also like to take this opportunity to specially thank Viiktoria working on level 12 executive lounge for taking care of my family and I. She always greeted us with a smile and took a note of what we liked and provided tailored service. She made us feel very welcomed at the lounge.

Currently staying here and so far so good. The service from Ren in the Executive Lounge and Reshmi at reception is excellent. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious though starting to feel a little dated. I had an issue with my minibar and it was resolved beyond my satisfaction. I was offered two complimentary drinks at the bar and I had to have them both in the same visit which is annoying. Last time I came to London, I stayed at the Hilton Bankside and I thought the hard product (rooms, etc) was better but the service here is better. Too bad the two can't be combined. I will update my review after I check out, though I can't imagine that my stay will get worse to make me change my review.
