Grand old hotel with a modern update. Nice efficienct check in. Very clean and a beautiful grand staircase leading up to original stained glass windows. Room was very comfortable and clean. Spoke to the manager on the way out and he advised us of things to see in the area including a really modern art museum. It felt home from home

Easy to check in and check out Located at the centre of the town. Receptionist Sri was helpful. |Stairs were bit cranky understandable as its quite a old hotel. Anyways you have the lift to use so not a big deal with that. Value for money you will get basically what you paid for

I really enjoyed my stay as I had an amazing time and sleep was so good too. I would like to say thank you to all the staffs as they were all amazing and helped me with an issue I had with my room. Would like to say a huge thank to Anand, who is the supervisor at the Leamington Spa branches for having an amazing team.

Good hotel with a lot of history.. Sri on the front desk checked us in was very polite and helpful. Big clean room with a coffee machine in it. Lot of restaurants around. The only downside was there is no carpark for the hotel... it would have been good if it had.

It's a great location. Hotel is very dated and needs a re-fresh. Some kind of leak on the ground floor. Room carpet not clean. Bathroom dated and worn, windows not cleaned.

The place is located well for getting to places in town, but the building itself is in major need of an update. Damp patches and actual stains on ceilings from leaks have been there for approx 6 months as still there since I was last here. The rooms are ok though does need to be able to actually close the windows or have thicker glass as being so close to town center you can't escape the passing by revelers. The staff are good and responsive but limited by options.

We had a really awful experience in this hotel: we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights with parking and breakfast included. Then we received no parking at all and a box of oat bars as breakfast. When we instructed them to refund at least the price of the breakfast, they agreed on it but no refund has been received up till now. The rooms are full of dust (attention for all who has dust allergy) and have rusty and worn out items. I counted the days to leave this hotel as soon as possible. It is a real SCAM, and absolutely not recommended.

Everything was broken… The handle for the bath had been pulled out of the wall, which would have been dangerous for anyone with a disability. The shower hose was broken off the tap. The iron didn’t work and I had to ask for another one. The service was good and we’re clearly trying their best for what seems to be a neglected hotel. Shame, as the location and building is excellent.
