Priyanshu was awesome and made me feel very special. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. There was a slight wet sock smell by the bathroom in the room but everything in the room was very clean. The restaurant food is very good. The do need to give the lift a clean.

Stayed here at the start of July 2024 and had a very pleasant stay. Although it’s a bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle of what London is known for and it seemed slightly industrial, it was very quiet & central with the tube station less than a 2 minute walk away. It was quiet. The staff were helpful. It is quite a small travel lodge with the rooms very compact but it is perfect for a comfy, big bed and a safe stay. The showers are nothing lush but the hot water works and it was clean! Amazing for the price you pay! I would definitely come back. The cleaner did knock out door on our second last day around 11am and she asked me if we were checking out that day to which I replied we had another night to go, to which she was surprised. No trouble followed but it was confusing for us both.

Nice quiet travelodge. Very clean and tidy after the new renovation. Stayed at a lot of them over the years and this is the best I’ve stayed in. Also at the bar Harpreet is a lovely polite lady. The world needs more people like her. Recommend this Travelodge.

Positive:Close to underground station. Happy with the fresh beddingNegative:Dirty corridors inside.Plenty of room to improve the cleanliness in the roomSuper Double room doesn’t mean the room has a super size, it is tiny, broken shower gel dispenser was not replaced on the request.Poor selection of food on the breakfast also the quality was not on the highest level.I won't choose this place next timeOctober 2024

We stayed in a family room over a weekend. The staff for the check in was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. The full English breakfast in the morning is definitely a bonus.

We transferred to Travelodge Acton at gone midnight after a horrendous experience at Travelodge Ealing where the wheelchair accessible room booked for my 91 year old mother was not available.Acton was a total contrast and one of the best if not the best Travelodge we have stayed at in London. Recently renovated with lots of space with an excellent bar and breakfast area serving food and drinks beyond midnight. What really makes this a lovely hotel is the staff.. A special shout out to Baris who looked after us well at reception upon our arrival and the following night and Dianne the Restaurant manager for providing us with a lovely breakfast each of our two days and giving us shopping tips and directions , also Dawn at reception and all the other staff were so friendly . This is an ideal hotel to travel into London as the underground is directly opposite. The room was comfortable with a decent size accessible bathroom, only suggestion would be a chair or stool in the dry area of the bathroom for dressing. We will definitely be returning.

The place is okay, unfortunately we came at a time where the hotel was doing refurbishment works, so the restaurant was closed.1.The staff are lovely and helpful and refill your refreshments if you ask.2. We stayed there for more than a week, your room is cleaned based on the length of stay, which I didn't really like only because I had kids with me and there was a mess. Bring your own shampoo, shower gel / soap because there's only hand wash despensers in the bathroom.3. The location is not the best place for a view but that can't be helped, near to the central line and plenty of shops around.4. You have to pay for WiFi which I didn't know about.Overall it wouldn't be my first choice but don't go by my opinion try it out for yourself.

I stayed for I night on the recommendation from a friend who regularly stays at this hotel. Plus points first; the room I had was great. A king sized bed (I'm a solo traveller!) in a spacious room with a small but very adequate bathroom with a terrific shower. Tea and coffee making facilities too.Secondly, the staff. They are terrific. Friendly and welcoming.I was tempted to try the breakfast but time didn't allow so I can't comment on that. The only downside is its location; a 25 minute Central line tube ride from the centre of London; whilst this is doable, it can be a bit awkward but, if this doesn't matter to you don't let it put you off. It's a quiet location too despite the nearby building works. If the distance from the city centre isn't a problem then I'd recommend staying here. It's great value for money. It's literally a 5 minute walk to Acton North tube station too. (Central line). I arrived by train/tube so can't comment on the car parking situation.

Harpreet was incredibly helpful and friendly when I came to check in. She was a warm, welcoming face and lovely to see after a treacherous journey. I hope every Travelodge have their own Harpreet to welcome their guests as they are missing out if they do not.
