A trip with two children under ten. Location is excellent, minutes away from Earls Court tube station. Central for buses and tour bus routes. Within walking distance of The Natural History and the Science Museums. The service was very good, staff really pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast, the the dinner menu was really good, however, the food was average. The room was clean, nevertheless, we had booked a family room. 2 adults 2 children. The room was a double with two single beds squeezed in. Space was an issue. I appreciate that you spend very little time in the room but still it was really squashed!!! Premier Inn our always are first choice, this time was just a little disappointing.

I stayed here last month for 8 days. The location is great. Just a short walk from Earl’s Court station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. …

Great stay at the premier inn. It’s in a nice area and just a short walk from the train station. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and also a co-op. The premier plus room was brilliant, didn’t feel like a budget hotel at all. Also, they provided a cot for our baby. Breakfast was great and there were good gluten free options.

Great location but getting to your room can be a slog and an adventure. We were in room 466 and it couldn't be much further from reception if you tried. …

No-fuss surroundings in a great location just a 3 minute walk from Earls Court Tube Station. To be honest, the public areas could do with a refresh but the bedrooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. As the advert states ..... 'a good nights sleep guaranteed'. We returned for our second visit this year due to the convenient location. However, it's the friendly and helpful staff that make the difference at this hotel. A special mention to Elisabeth on reception who greeted us so warmly after recognising us from our previous visit, such a lovely touch!

We stayed for 2 nights for my sons third birthday, so we could explore the museums in Kensington. The hotel was within walking distance, we didn't fancy navigating the tube with a double buggy too much! …

The staff here were amazing. Very kind and attentive. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and tidy and the bed was really comfy. I do have to say if you're a light sleeper you might hear the underground train. The food was amazing. For £28 per person you could have an evening meal starter or dessert and a drink. Then for breakfast there was everything you need from cereal to toast and jam fruit, pastries, hot and cold drinks and cooked breakfast, and it was unlimited. Also if you just wanted breakfast it was £12.00 plus if you had children with you they ate free with every paying Adult.

Positive - very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast - all the staff that were there, were great. Also, breakfast was good value for money. It gets repetitive after a few days but generally food was tasty. Wifi worked well.Negative:- we had late check in and the machine didn't work. Apparently doesn't work for some time. However we needed to search for receptionist because he was helping out at the hotel bar. Not much of a problem but as we arrived late and tired, we'd appreciate immediate availability.- we had family room which was much more expensive then a standard double room. However, it was not bigger, but just additional bed was added so there was barely any room for suitcases. That wouldn't be much of a problem if there had been any proper cupboards/closets. Well there's 1 shelf and place to hang a few jackets and that's it.- room was dirty - not properly cleaned. There were breadcrumbs, a candy, and some dust on the floor. We've been to Premier Inn in other cities before and were usually very happy - this experience was the worst until now, and the worst value for money.
