Overall, a good experience. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about either. We wanted a hotel close to the O2 and this one delivered - if you're looking for a place to stay while attending a concert or an event, it's the best choice. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get there (which also means you're 15-20 minutes away from the nearest tube station too).I'd say the staff is what makes this place much better - the front desk staff were remarkably kind and helpful, no matter what we needed or asked about, they always offered help.We stayed in a spacious twin room that overlooked the A102 - yet, somehow, it was exceptionally quiet. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was clean - we had a good night's sleep there. There are Dove cosmetics provided in the bathroom and there's a basic, yet sufficient selection of instant teas and coffees in the room. The only issue we had was that our room was situated right next to the housekeeping storage room and somehow it got incredibly loud in the afternoon while we were trying to recharge after the flight.Breakfast is decent, but a bit chaotic (there's limited space to move around, it's better to get there earlier to avoid queues). There's a good selection of hot and cold food, teas and coffee, some gluten-free options are available as well.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the O2 for a concert. Only a 10 minute walk to the venue, which was great. The hotel itself was easy to find and the rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast included, which was varied and plentiful. The reception service was very friendly and helpful. Recommended

I was really surprised how good this hotel was. We stayed for 2 nights for an event at the nearby O2 and it was absolutely ideal for the purpose from start to finish. |The staff were really friendly and efficient. …

Spacious and clean rooms. Great walking location if you are planning to go to the O2 Arena. Breakfast not the best, very few choices and the water cups incredibly small, suitable for children not adults. No ice included, all drinks were room temperature. Staff at the reception welcoming and friendly. Overall, a positive experience but it can be improved.

There will be no return visit from me.There is no Air Conditioning and mechanical ventilation system in the room. There is an air conditioning system in the room but it is not working. Went down to reception to report this, reception response was, "The hotel does not advertise for air conditioning room". You have to open the window if you wanted some fresh air. However, Hotel is located right beside a busy main road and roundabout. Did not have a great sleep due to traffic noise with the window opened.Hotel room also provided stand alone fan and radiator. Fan was placed on top of a cupboard, being 5ft1, I am unable to reach it. There is no chair available in room that I could use to reach for it. In addition, as a solo female traveller, I do not feel safe with the idea of having hotel staff to enter my room at 11:30pm, hence, did not ask for help. Was very unhappy with the room ventilation issue. Though the hotel did not advertise for air conditioning room, it is also a form of misleading consumers by not indicting that Air Conditioning is not available along with the provision of stand alone fan and radiation. In addition, during check-in confirmation form, there is a condition where it states if you are happy to assist/help in the event of emergency/evacuation. It is a request from staff to indicate my preference on the Yes/No box beside it. This is the first time I have come across such request from hotels. Did not think too much of it until I notices the air conditioning in the room is not functioning. Not sure if this is linked with the lack of Air conditioning system, stand alone electrical radiation and fan.Hotel breakfast was acceptable, with basic toast, sausage, scramble eggs, cereals, bake beans. Breakfast menu had advertise for juices, however, they were not juices. It is flavoured orange and cloudy apple squash, very diluted.Breakfast tea bag provided are only in Decaf option. The other available tea are herbal tea bags. You are better off booking a hotel outside of O2 area if the underground and overground trains are working fine. I've booked this hotel due to scheduled train maintenance, expecting bare minimum quality of hotel. But overall experiencing on air conditioning and ventilation system have put me off.

Lovely hotel! The room was great, not super fancy but exactly what was needed for a short break in London. The included breakfast was perfect - plenty of English Breakfast staples, as well as the lighter options - and there was plenty of space so I never felt crowded or rushed. The location was great for us as we were going to an event at the O2 arena (which is only a short walk away) and having North Greenwich Station nearby means that you're able to get to most places in London without any issues at all. One word of advice - if you don't mind a walk, I'd skip the bus from North Greenwich station and just walk to the hotel, it's really very easy to get to!Finally, I can't rate the staff highly enough, they were all super helpful, friendly, and above all created a chill, relaxing environment. This hotel is definitely top on the list for my next trip to London!

Quite a nice place but with some issues. The air condition is very noisy so it's unusable during the nighttime. The water in the sink doesn't run off properly, both of which is okay and doesn't really bother us.What's a real pain is that so far in 2 of 4 nights the fire alarm went off for a few seconds early in the morning, also the key card system in the elevators only works every 2nd or third time so you have to bring some patients if you don't want to walk.Apart from that it's clean and affordable, a bit outside of the city, but well within reach of everything especially the O2.The breakfast isn't spectacular, but definitely not bad either, it would be great to have something apart from sweet spreads to put on your bread. The staff is friendly and welcoming, only reducing it by 1 point for the fire alarm.Edit: 3rd time fire alarm now. The receptionist told us it's all false alarm and because of the kitchen/toaster. You wake up the whole hotel at 6:40 because of a burnt toast?

Booked this hotel as we had a concert at the 02 arena. Its approx 20 min walk direct to the arena, walking was safe, well lit lots of people around, we were a family of 2 kids one adult so i was a bit wary but needn't have worried. The hotel was amazing, clean, tidy, friendly staff, rooms were perfect.Bedding smelt lovely and clean. We didn't make it to breakfast so can't review the food.Car parking was expensive but i knew that before we arrived £50 for 24 hours to park. The only moan i have is the crap lifts, they rarely worked properly and we were on 5th floor! The view of the arena was so good.
