Really good experience. Very good value as alternative hotels of ok quality near paddington were much (twice) more expensive. No frills for sure at check in but efficient and friendly. Room small but high quality. I usually go for the Hilton's or Novotels nearby but they weren't available.

The hotel is situated across the street from every convenience you could possibly need. I was very impressed with public transportation being just minutes away. …

The rooms are small and basic but have what you need and the bed was really comfy. Great value for money hotel. The staff bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. The staff really make this hotel. We will definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel for a group of 4 people for 3 nights. Breakfast was included in the price. One couple got a slightly smaller room but in a quieter part of the hotel, while we got a larger one but on the street side. …

Great stay here in Oct 2024 - friendliest staff (Jordan and Kevin). The room was perfect - it is small but it’s laid out so well that you have plenty of room, we stayed in a cosy double. The full hotel was spotless and will stay here again on our next London trip.

First time staying at Point A hotels. It was super clean and comfortable and safe. The rooms are compact but efficient. I had room 124. It was at the back of the hotel and was super quiet. No street noise. …

The hotel is a quick and easy 10-minute walk from Paddington Station. The room was a bit small, but it was clean, noise-free, close to a lot of restaurants, had comfortable beds and had an outstanding morning buffet that was included. …

5star reviewers must have been unusually lucky to stay on the upper floors. If you are to stay on the windowless tiny underground rooms or on the lower floors, however, be ready for a very roughy night where you will hear and feel the city metro system from your bed…every minute. It’s past midnight and I am prevented from resting yet again. This is not a cheap hotel with rooms priced at almost €200.This is not fair for anyone but it’s particularly hard on business travellers who have to wake up early and face long days on very little rest.No matter how nice the staff is, sympathy doesn’t make up for exhaustion.

Nice enough hotel. The rooms are a little small but very nice. There's some noise from the underground or something I'm not sure. Decent size TV. The staff are extremely nice and helpful which is really welcoming.

Amazingly well located near Paddington station and other tube accesses. Room was tiny but absolutely satisfactory and clean as a whistle as was the rest of the hotel! What really impressed me was the staff! Anthony tried his very best to get me an earlier check-in and Samuel was just great as I had to leave early because of an emergency at home. Really great people and an amazing stay!
