Rooms look quite different to the photos on booking.com but they are spacious and clean. Very comfy beds and lounge seating.Located opposite Liverpool Street station which is very handy. Good range of shops and food outlets very close by makes it an ideal base for visiting London.

All in all quite a decent stay. We stayed with 2 people from Friday till Monday. Big plus, the hotel is very central, you got everything you need right next to you: station, groceries, pubs, fast food.Currently they are renovating the lobby which is a full on construction site, so that was not that great but other than this does the hotel look OK. Nothing special or fancy but also nothing too dirty and run down. Same goes for the rooms, obviously the pictures in here are manipulated a bit but overall the vibe fits. It's clean, the furniture doesn't invite you to stay in but it does it's job. You could see in the bathroom that the last renovation was ages ago, some bits of the insulation is damaged but nothing too concerning. One downside was that cleaning was on demand only, I guess it's because of the kitchens etc. Overall it was quite a pleasant stay but there's definitely better places. I'd book again.

Excellent and well located apartments. The negative reviews certainly didn’t resonate. Very clean, comfy bed, good kitchen with a full hob and oven. Mine was a studio and was very spacious, and also had a bath. Fabulous location next to Liverpool Street Station. I also got a late checkout for free which was a bonus.

We definitely recommend this place. The location is amazing (literally opposite Liverpool Street Station) and despite the premises needing some TLC, we truly enjoyed the 2 nights we spent in the apartment. …

Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend. Staff were friendly and always said hello when walking past them. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Great location directly across the street from Liverpool Street Station and loads of food places nearby. Boots and a massive Tesco Express on the same street very useful

🚨‼️NO A/C ‼️For a summer trip, this is pretty important. So, just be aware! With that being said, good things:1. Big apartments!2. You can do early check in, comes with an extra fee but still good.3. Location is great. Some other bad things:1. Toilet gets easily clogged2. While the location is great, for a family with small kids may be not as all the surrounding is bars and sex stuff.

Not sure what hotel they took the promo images at. They're remodeling currently so perhaps that's why the bare floors are dirty and the furniture sparse. Amazing location, great neighborhood. Large apartments but the details are missing. Loose doors, locks that don't line up, horrible TV (don't plan on watching a match on BBC) no coffee or tea on arrival (had to ask). Units are dated, baths need an update. Laundry in unit is a great amenity for longer stays. 2 bed worth maybe £200 a night. No more. Disappointed to be sure, will not return.

The location was really good. Close to the metro station and places to eat. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The living room wasn’t a comfortable place to relax. The furniture was small and uncomfortable. The entire apartment was extremely HOT. The beds were pretty small too.

This hotel/apartment has a great location. It is right across the street from the Liverpool street train station and underground station. That was awesome. Made it easy to get around. The apartment was awful. The staff was not helpful. The apartment was unfinished hardwood floors that squeaked where ever you walked. The furniture was very worn and minimal. The bathroom had an issue with the handheld shower head. There was no way to attach it to the wall. I asked the staff to have it fixed. We arrived on Saturday and it did not get fixed till late Tuesday. We also had a leak from the floor above us into the bathroom. No explanation from the staff and I had to ask them to clean up the mess even though the Maintenace man saw the leak. The A/C did not work and the front desk told me they were not fixing the A/C because they were renovating. The only saving grace was 1 fan. The front windows did not open at all. I can understand not letting the windows open all the way as someone could fall out but they were not allowed to open at all. This made the apartment very stuffy. The hotel was dirty everywhere but to be fair they were painting the hallways. I would not stay here again.

A lovely place to stay, very modern and clean, it was so nice to see that their standards have not changed sinceWe had stayed there a few years ago.We chose the studio with the unique bed.The bed was very study and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped including a dishwasher. We couldn't find the instructions for the oven, called the receptionist and she gave me an information sht and then said if I was still unhappy she would come up and sort it out.The shower was nice and hot just what we needed after travelling. There is a glass dining table, a nice touchas we were dining in with a bottle of wine which we had bought with us.Tesco is the nearest supermarket which has a wide choice of products.Marks & Spencers is situated in Liverpool Street Station. No need to worry about eating out,you will be spoilt for choice Nandos /McDonald's /KFC/Piazza Express. If you would like the restaurant experience. There are restaurants from around the world, Chinese/ India/ Italian /Japanese /Mexican.
