A delayed flight from Bristol meant scouting for somewhere to stay last minute and decided after my last positive stay to come back and I was not disappointed. …

Stayed here for a week for work.Room wasn't clean, hotel seemed quite dated and was difficult to sleep as you could hear all the hotel room doors slamming all the time.Breakfast was OK and staff were attentive and polite. The Aztec round the corner is a much better hotel to stay at, price dependent.

Family room was a good size for 4 and a dog. Communal areas were to a good clean standard as was the pool.Unfortunately let down by a very dated and tatty bathroom with rotting wood and loose tiles. Also the food in the bar was of low quality. Tasted good but had that clear slop texture of stuff that’s been microwaved, even the fries.Staff were very helpful though.

The booking process was easy, the staff were friendly and the hotel was nice. Lovely large bed and room. However it was spoilt by not having a good sleep due to the bed being very noisy. …

Leaves a lot to be desired for a Hilton Group establishment. Stayed on work trip. Checked-In for a 3 night stay confirming everything at reception and providing my details, including my mobile number, to find on the second day my personal things, clothes, suits, underwear, shoes had all been packed and moved into storage. Upon my return from work for the night I was informed I'd been checked out and they couldn't reach me because they lost my mobile number? They had made an admin error checking me out 1 night early. Did they not think no-one leaves designer clothes, shoes, suits abandoned so they should double check? Going through my personal belongings is not on. Furthermore, every morning I was interrupted at breakfast to say I wasn't down for it, yet I informed reception and produced my booking with it on at check-in. Again, another admin error at my cost of embarrassment in front of other patrons.Complained and received and apology with a re-assurance they're looking into their processes.Just demonstrates to me it's poorly managed. Next time will be staying at the Aztec Hotel accross the road. Thanks for looking into my feedback and I hope it's taken on board.

I spent two lovely nights here with our company for our challenge day event at Almondsbury activity centre. Great staff, rooms well appointed, breakfast also very good. I would like to mention Lisa on reception who helped me with my reservation, room booking and really great travel tips from her home country where I will be visiting in December.

Excellent staff. This was our third visit this year. We cannot fault the reception, bar or restaurant staff. Csilla, in particular, was very helpful and friendly at breakfasts. Nice to be greeted by Emilia again. Love the cookies on arrival.

The easy access to the reception area ensured a smooth start to my stay.Upon arrival, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly reception staff who checked me in with efficiency and warmth. To my delight, they offered me a complimentary upgrade on my room, setting a positive tone for the rest of my visit.I stayed in room 1010, which was nothing short of fantastic. The room was fresh, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. The amenities truly enhanced our stay, including a high-quality coffee machine with a variety of coffee pods, bottled water, and copious amounts of storage. The bathrobes and slippers provided an added touch of luxury, and the mini fridge was convenient for keeping our drinks cool. The seating area and table were perfect for working on my laptop, and the considerate placement of plug sockets, particularly near the bed, complete with USB ports, was very handy. The brilliant selection of lighting brightened the already glamorous room, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The modern bathroom featured a fantastic shower, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment. The restaurant staff were fantastic, providing attentive and friendly service during my dinner. The food was excellent, with a menu that was straightforward yet offered a great variety of delicious options. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a well-presented array showcasing a brilliant selection to start the day off right. The reception area of the hotel was welcoming, with a comfortable and stylish ambiance. The bar staff were inviting, making it a pleasant spot to relax and unwind. The pool facilities and gym were excellent additions to the overall experience. The pool provided a relaxing space to swim and unwind, while the gym was well-equipped for a good workout session.Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North was outstanding.
