We had a lovely stay while visiting London. The location was good; close to Underground stops and in walking distance to pretty much everything. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was busy but not overwhelming. I would stay again.

If you are planning to stay in London for business or pleasure you should definitely consider the Strand palace. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are great and the staff goes over and above for all your needs. It's a perfect location to get around the sites and areas of London. Everything was just perfect. We started our day with a delicious and quite filing breakfast and ended our day in a comfortable and well supplied guest room. Everything was great and we will definitely stay there again

It's such a pretty hotel. One of the best options in the area for being clean, classy and not overpriced. The bed was not very comfortable for my specific taste, it was a bit firm but some may like that. The pillows were high quality, included organic tea and a water boiler in the room, very nice bathroom and the staff at the front desk was friendly!

Beautiful hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location and close to the underground. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy though. Could hear talking in the next room and our neighbour seemed to have an issue with their front door every morning. Thought it strange that our room had no refrigerator.

Superb location for everything that's best about London! My room was spotless, as we're all the public areas. The Gin bar is a great place to while away a couple of hours with a book and a cocktail - the chicken skewers ate delicious! I just wish it had been open on Sunday too! The waiting staff in here were delightful and I felt very comfortable on my own.Bonus - the bath towel was a proper big sheet! Lovely.Every member of staff I spoke to was so helpful and approachable.A very special place.

I had an interesting experience. The room was reasonable condition. The room was smaller than expected (smaller than Travelodge!). My room was a single and I was only spending one night here, so this wasn't a problem but something others should be aware of.Note the single rooms don't have a bathroom/toilet door. Meaning any steam from the shower (or anything else) would enter the room as a whole. The shower also makes a very loud sound, but after letting it run for a minute it appears to clear.Location is walkable to most to theatres and local amenities.Overall, a very well presented hotel, good staff, reasonably priced, but the showers/water system needs to be resolved. Would I book again, I would think twice but wouldn't be put off if it suited.Note: I am yet to get my £30 'deposit' back. I will give them 48 more hours then I will issue a chargeback.

Amazing location on the outskirts of Covent garden and smack dab in the middle of the West end theaters. The staff was super helpful, rooms clean, and a good breakfast should you choose to eat there before venturing out. Close to tube and bus stops as well.

There was one set of towels for a double room and the bathroom smelled. This aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The front desk checked us in early and were able to help me print a boarding pass at their business centre. The view was kinda non-existent but we were there for a place to sleep and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again

Booked this room for an official visit and is definitely an amazing place to stay. To start off, this hotel is located in the heart of London so every attraction is quite nearby! just a few minutes of walking can get you to see an amazing view of tower bridge , London bridge and Big Ben etc… coming to the hotel.. absolutely fantastic! Their service is just amazing, the staff so courteous and kind and the food was just a bonus! Definitely recommend this place :)

Location is definitely the greatest plus from this hotel. A couple minutes away from Convent Garden and within walking distance to the Big Ben and Trafalgar Square and other hot spots in London. If you want to explore London this is a great option.I choose the cheapest room and for one person only. The room was indeed small with a single bed, but the price was around £150 per night. I struggle to decide if it is worth the price. On one hand the location was very convenient, on the other hand, I felt I paid more for location that for the actual room. London is an expensive city, so this may be one of the most affordable options in a hotel with a room for 1 person and a great location. They did have a nice touch and a chocolate bar and a bottle of water as a welcome gift.Overall I'm between it's okay (3 stars) and I liked it (4 starts). I would actually give it 3.5 stars.
