Beautiful old traditional hotel on North shore promenade. This is one of Blackpool's original hotels, the Central staircase is stunning & I could imagine how beautiful it'd have been, however in 2024 we expect different things, like …

Staff very helpful, I had a 3rd ( supposedly) floor room you take the lift to the 3rd floor in what must be the smallest, slowest lift, THEN you walk all around the 3rd to 3 flights of stairs, the room is at the end of the corridor, on …

Room on first floor. Easy walk up the stairs although there is a lift available. Comfortable double bed. Room has basic amenities plus tea and coffee. En-suite with bath. Hot water was lukewarm at best. …

Everything clean and tidy, a budget hotel in the grand style. Pleasant and helpful staff who took the trouble to let us know when the lift had been repaired. …

The hotel is grim. Its falling apart. The rooms are small and tatty. The lighting in the room was poor and the bed uncomfortable as it was worn and lumpy. It is in need of a complete updating. …

I have to say that it was surprisingly nice considering the sister hotel.Ok, the door handle to the bathroom came off when closing the door. And we had to tell them they failed to book the correct room with a bath. And then admitted they don't check the systems.

Reception and bar staff excellent. Evening meal and breakfast was very good and plentiful.Room was very dated, clean tidy and functional, tea and coffee provided. This is an old Victorian hotel with wooden floors and minimum sound proofing, noisy nights.

We stayed here last night 10/7/24 it's many years since we last stayed here and we can tell you there has been a big change for the better. Our room was excellent, spotless clean with a sea view. The staff were brilliant soon had us booked it on an amazing deal well we'll worth the money. Will be planning on staying again very soon. Some things bit tired odd bits of paint could do with a tidy up and the one lift is bit hit and miss ( slow) . Well worth the money thank you Savoy

Stayed here on an Irish country music weekend. From the management, bar staff, waiting staff, receptionists all were friendly with excellent service. Dinner and breakfast were both buffet style, plenty of choice and good and hot. Room though old fashioned was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely big bath. Drinks at the bar were very quickly served with a smile and reasonable prices.
