I have stayed at the Millennium Gloucester during frequent visits to London since about 2005. I always found it to be convenient and comfortable with a pleasant staff. COVID halted my visits until recently. Well, I am back. …

We choose the hotel for it's central location to the Royal Albert Hall. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner and the aroma of the fresh orchids and lillys was wonderful. …

Have just enjoyed a 1 night stay with my 4 year old. All of the staff were so lovely and accommodating especially the lady on the desk (I have forgotten her name but it began with A!). The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed for our last stop on our Globus Euro trip for just a night but being at the tail end of things it was an excellent last stop. Location puts you close to several dining area and small shops that are about a 10 minute walk. Hotel staff was very accommodating and attentive. Room was nicely laid out, spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Several other travelers in our group expressed similar opinions.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful! There is a huge selection of food and beverage items, and the buffet is kept clean and well stocked. Our room is clean, the bed was comfortable, and we ordered room service which was great. We enjoyed the bedroom show and thick cozy robes as well. The hotel is a few steps away from a train station. All of the staff are fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very stylish and all what one can expect from a 4star hotel. Room was fine, but neighbors across a bit noisy, so rooms are not soundproof. They work with breakfast vouchers, so ensure you get one when you have breakfast included. Breakfast itself is extensive with both continental and local options

Very nice hotel. Easy 15 minute walk to the Albert hall. Staff very helpful and was very pleased to receive an upgrade on arrival. Would liked to have a USB socket somewhere in the room especially by the bed but sadly no. We arrived in london at Paddington station and had a nice 30 min walk through Hyde park to get to the hotel.

Positives: Check in staff are lovely. Location is brilliant.Cons: Like other reviews, air-conditioning is as loud as plane and didn’t work in the three rooms I was moved to. Yes three. Felt like a sauna.Like other reviews, rooms dirty and could do with a good scrub. Back to your room around 4.30pm with no housekeeping completed despite sign on door. Multiple calls then for fresh towels (yes, this proved to be a challenge).Checking out, collecting bags from concierge, all three attendants focused on chatting to random young ladies and checking out Emirates cabin crew… clearly not focused on their job. A very sad lasting impression.I’ll spend a few £££ extra next time and go with something better and more reputable. It’s a real shame as these are all small things that can be rectified. Sadly all the reviews in the world aren’t enough to push this property to do better. They clearly survive based on tour group and corporate bookings.
