It's okay, it's Budget friendly. The rooms are clean but they are very small. Even the toilets and bathrooms were very small. It's good becoz they have 2 hours of free parking but nearby on 1 minute walking distance there is cheapest parking £6 for 24 hours or you can park on pollard Street in the evening from 6 pm to 8 am it's free. The best part is you can park your car in parking and travel to the city centre in the tram just take day pass.

Great for a one night stay. Room was clean, and surprisingly big compared to Easyhotel. We were impressed with the facilities, and how straightforward it was to check in late at night. …

Great location, city centre shops, Piccadilly Station and Co op Live easy to get to.Room itself was filthy and needing redecorated. On the first night we arrived to find a large, used plaster stuck to the inside of the room door. The toilet walls were marked with excrement. No hand towel provided. Wallpaper coming away in the toilet and scuff marks all around the room. The air con control panel appeared to be smeared with blood. We only had one small and rather flat pillow each. Not providing a tea tray when we paid almost £300 for 2 nights stay was disgraceful and we left here feeling totally ripped off.

I stayed a whole week in this hotel. The rooms are surprisingly large, and even though it is a hotel that is considered cheap, the room has everything you need. This is an efficient, clean hotel in a good location. …

The hotel location is great, just opposite a tram stop that takes you straight to Piccadilly. The staff at the hotel were nice and helpful and kindly let me leave my luggage for the day after I'd checked out. The room had the basic amenities (towels etc) but the cleanliness of the room could definitely be better - the floors clearly needed some attention and unsure when they were last hoovered/mopped (including a strange stain on the floor that I was too scared to look at closely as seemed almost like blood....) and mould around the windows. The shower & sink is in the room itself but this doesn't bother me - just something to note if you're sharing a room with someone. Overall a pleasant enough stay for one night.

This is a standard ibis budget hotel and the shower is directly on the room, which may be an issue for some people. The room with the loo is tiny. When I arrived there was a kettle, a couple of tea bags and some milk but when that ran out it wasn't replenished and I was told I'd have to pay, which I thought was stingy. That said, it's right by a tram stop and easily walkable to everywhere in the city centre. It was clean, totally quiet, with a comfortable bed I slept really well and best of all I paid just 41 quid a night for the room. It's a budget hotel and if you get it at the cheapest rate, it's well worth it for a city centre base.

Good value for money at the time of booking. Good location to Co-op live and Piccadilly station.Breakfast slightly poor continental breakfast. Problem I had checked in and paid and received a different than requested . In the morning I was asked to pay again and I had my receipt to prove my payment.

The staff were so helpful and kind to me and made me feel very welcome. The room was very basic and sadly no kettle but had everything else - including a shower in the actual room!? I will say that the window wouldn’t shut properly so it was quite noisy with building work outside but I had earplugs and the bed was comfortable so I slept well.Views were nice of the quays and I really like the location!

The rooms were okay, only booked this hotel as it was the cheapest and not that far from where I had a meeting + train station. It was what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Agree with all other reviews asking for better placement of power sockets and maybe a toothbrush? The toilets are very dimly lit but otherwise it was okay. The bed was what you’d expect from a budget hotel so no complaints there. All other amenities are good for a budget hotel: standard tv, window, linens, thank god they had cups on the sink to use for water. Only other issue was the staff, they are very judgmental for some reason. I had that experience with the check in as well as the check out staff. As if they were not happy when I checked in/out at the designated checkout time even though I had informed them prior. I had an issue with my key card every time I left the room. The only helpful staff were the room service staff, they were helpful throughout the stay, if you bumped into them, they’ll smile and help you.
